Beautiful property with a sea view.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here which speaks volumes.

We loved the bungalow but just a few things that would have improved our overall stay.

The doors were exceptionally noisy especially at night. 2 older couples who need to get up at night and the double bed room it was difficult to get the door to shut properly. The duvet on the double bed was very small. A 5ft would have been more comfortable which I have on my beds! 1 and a half toilet rolls seemed mean!

Salakee is in the perfect location at Praa Sands, with a view of the beach and sea from the lounge and easily accessible parking for two family sized cars at the property.

The bungalow was spotlessly clean and very well maintained (Norma the owner was incredibly efficient and proactive in getting an unforeseen issue with the shower resolved early in our stay) and even lovelier than the photographs, with care obviously having been taken to update furniture and fittings to keep this welcoming property fresh. It's a comfortable and warm haven, which was wonderful to return to after beach and coastal path walks on cooler days, and a one minute walk onto the beach itself. We were blessed with some unexpectedly good weather and sitting on the sunny, sheltered terrace either during the day or watching the sun set and the stars appear in the evening was magical. Thank you for a truly fabulous holiday!

This is the second time we've stayed in the property.

We love it. Views of the beach from the garden. Quick access down to the beach. Private parking. Property is clean, homely and spacious. Now has a new bathroom with wonderful shower. Outside tap for cleaning your sandy toes after a walk on the beach. Sound of the waves all around you. Praa sands is the best place in the world.

Lovely property, walking distance to the beach.

Comfortable & well equipped bungalow. Only concern window side of double bed had a mattress spring that kept pinging occasionally. Biscuits & milk much appreciated. Thank you.

Perfect setting for a family holiday.

Literally feet away from the beach and sea views. . Places to eat nearby. Salakke itself is perfectly equipped and spotlessy clean. Milk and biscuits on arrival was a nice touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Nobody could be disappointed. Thank you for a fabulous holiday

It was home from home and very well set up. The position was great and the access was very good for parking. Norma is a lovely lady and came and said hello when we were leaving. Lovely little back garden for Scoobie to play and within easy reach of the beach. If anyone we know is thinking of coming down this way I will definitely recommend this lovely bungalow to them...I have arthritis badly and it was easy for me to navigate around. Thank you Norma. If we are down again we will book....

We have been coming to this property for over 20years and the standards are still as high.

Right on the beach with everything you need at hand. Perfect for exploring south Cornwall,lands end, lizard etc. Already booked for next year.

there was plenty of pots cutlery etc all clean. We had a very relaxing time.

Norma is a great host and is around if you need her but doesn’t impose on your stay. We will definitely be back.

Lovely little bungalow that is dog friendly, very close to the beach and two very nice bars.

Parking space next to the bungalow. Nice kitchen with everything you’d need. We have met the owner and seems very nice. The bungalow was very clean. Area has plenty of nice walks, I think this is a lovely area to explore the bottom half of Cornwall. Will book again.

A real gem, Great location right next to the beach.

Had everything we needed a comfortable home from home sort of place. Really enjoyed the outside area with great veiws of the sea/beach, plenty of seating and a BBQ. Looking forward to coming back soon.
