The property

Ideally located for touring the north coast of Cornwall with easy access to Padstow, Port Isaac and Polzeath, this comfortable family house is set in a quiet residential area of Wadebridge.

It is situated just a few minutes’ walk to the town centre and the famous Camel Trail, a haven for walkers and cyclists.

Family owned for several years, the home-from-home feel is apparent from the moment you enter.

The dining room, sitting room and well-equipped kitchen are all on the ground floor along with two of the bedrooms and the bathroom.

The master double bedroom is on the first floor and benefits from en-suite facilities.

The lawned garden at the rear of the property has a patio area with a barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing after a day on the beach or a cycling adventure along the Camel Trail to Padstow.

Alternatively, take an evening stroll down to Wadebridge for a great choice of bistros, restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes and occasions.

With Padstow only eight miles away and the famous surfing beach of Polzeath just seven miles away, there are plenty of nearby places to explore and enjoy.

The Camel Trail really is a must, so remember to bring your bikes or alternatively you can hire some from the many outlets in the town, and enjoy the idyllic ride into Padstow for a leisurely lunch or cream tea before taking an enjoyable slow ride home.

Pendeen is a great base for holidays and short breaks all year round.
