    The apartment is modern and comfortable with everything you need. Our stay was the second week in January which was a cold but bright week and the apartment was always cosy. The apartment is up hill but just a 10 minute walk from main shopping and pubs. On arrival there was a welcome pack which was a nice touch. This is the first time I can honestly say that the advertising photos are spot on. Thanks for a great break!

  • "We so enjoyed our stay, the apartment had everything, parking was a real bonus and we appreciated all the Xmas goodies left for us."

    Big advantage is that everything is close, the Minak theatre, Penzance, Porthleven and Falmouth all super places to visit. In St Ives we eat at Host, Bier Huis,and Porthminster cafe and Kitchen super food and atmosphere. We managed the annual Boxing day run into the sea along with at least 600 others.

  • "Very attractive apartment."

    Amazingly well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting area and comfortable bed. Thoughtful touches by owner – great selection of DVDs! Good views of the sea over the garden and tree tops – well placed for weather watching – everything from rainbows to lightning! Quiet and well located for walking into the town, coastal walks or driving out to the surrounding area. We really enjoyed our stay. We have mentioned a couple of practical issues to the agents but they did not spoil our visit. Note to agents: The key/lock to the main door of the building is a real struggle to use – it can take several minutes to open the door – the door is often left open by residents because of this. The kitchen tap is very stiff to use and the whole tap unit swivels as you attempt to turn on the tap. The basin in the main bathroom is very slow to empty.

    Apartment met all needs and was clean and well equipped. Only slight concern we had were the spaces between decking boards on the balcony that could be dangerous for users eg hot liquid or sharp object from above.

Building Work Notice
There is currently building work underway at Carrick Lodge which is located adjacent to the Belyars Croft development to renovate the existing building and add an extension. Carrick Lodge is accessed by vehicle via the shared driveway accessed via Belyars Croft’s parking area . The main building work is expected to continue throughout 2023. During this time associated activity and noises may be experienced.

The owner has opted to provide one set of keys however there is a key safe that can be used to store the keys when you leave the apartment if required.

Parking for Puffins is located to the rear of the building in an un-allocated parking space. Please note, the car park is strictly monitored. On arrival you will find a Parking Permit left for you on a Bulldog Clip in the hallway, please ensure this is displayed on your vehicle dashboard AT ALL TIMES as penalties are applied for all vehicles with no Permit clearly displayed.
