    My wife and I were very comfortable. The owner met us on arrival and have us a tour of the facilities and a quick overview of the area. He was always friendly when we saw him and gave us some good pointers in the area. We looked for the owners to say thanks and goodbye but didn't want to disturb their Saturday morning as we left early. Thanks again.

    Good location, lovely owners. Bit hard to find needs a sign at the bottom of drive and the other person in the other accomodation found it hard to find.

    ... beautifully decorated, great attention to detail and friendly welcoming hosts. Great peaceful location, with easy access to many attractions (subject to Cornish traffic...lol). If/ when we return to Cornwall this will be our first choice... perfect firba couple.. young or old.

  • "The flat was in general very nice and welcoming."

    The only real issue we had was the provision of a winter weight duvet (13.5 TOG) which was far too hot for the summer temperatures. A lighter weight duvet would have been appreciated.

One of the oldest market towns in Cornwall, the pretty port of Penryn boasts a wealth of historic architecture and harbour heritage with attractive granite buildings steeply sloping along the cobbled streets down to the sea. There’s a good choice of restaurants, cafes and pubs in the town, along with a museum offering free entry, and the tranquil Enys Gardens on the outskirts of the town, providing a range of grounds and a peaceful haven. Further along the Penryn River, just one mile towards the sea you’ll find the famous seaport of Falmouth, with a host of things to keep you entertained including harbour-side pubs and eateries offering spectacular views, stunning Blue Flag beaches and a bustling town centre.
