"Really wanted to like the property."
Positives- owners are lovely and helpful. We’re quick to fix when messaged. Loved the glass roof at night, supplied well. Things we thought to improve- the mattress had springs dig into us even with our own blankets added. The hot tub needed wiping there was a layer of dirt on the seats and floor. The listing doesn’t mention having dogs on lead, there’s needs to be a spot to attach the dog to while in the hot tub since can’t be left alone. The listing doesn’t mention the extra logs. The beds table fell off and we had to rescrew it back in. Liked the flowers but unfortunately a large amount of ants came for them. Tried really hard to like this property especially with how lovely the owners are. Unfortunately too much kept happening.

"We loved our stay in Stargazer hut!"
The hut is finished to a high standard and has everything you need. The hot tub and bell tent were great additions. Our little dog had a nice time too! The hut could benefit from more storage space for food as currently all the kitchen storage is full with plates, utensils etc. - we took a plug in cool box which was needed as the fridge is really tiny. We found the mattress slightly uncomfortable but this was easily rectified with a basic mattress topper. These small things aside, we would love to visit again. It was a great base for exploring all of Cornwall.
Thank you for your feedback. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us and what Cornwall has to offer. Whilst we take on board your comments about the storage space, shepherd huts are designed to make every inch of space efficient! We are about to replace the mattress which should provide a very comfortable night’s sleep for future guests. We would love to welcome you both (and your dog) back. Sarah and Helen. Property Owner
