  • "Unfortunately on first use the dishwasher leaked so we stopped using it!"

    Had to hand wash which is not what we wanted to be doing. Owners messaged re fault.

This wonderful property boasts three excellent bedrooms, a small twin on the first floor, a ground floor king-size and a twin, whilst a bathroom and a shower room are located on the ground floor, along with a utility room, perfect to store all your seaside holiday equipment.

Outside there is parking for one car, and a courtyard patio area, ideal for those wishing to dine alfresco.

Conveniently located near the waterfront, this wonderful property is within a short walk of the ski school, sailing club, beach, and The Mariners Pub, owned by Paul Ainsworth.

With plenty of water-based activities for you to try, or if you prefer being on land, take a gentle stroll along the golden sandy beach and find the perfect spot to soak in the beauty of this picturesque seaside town.

Take a 6-mile drive to the town of Wadebridge, where you will find plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, and pubs, as well as a cinema and a leisure centre, providing further ease for your stay.

Slipway & Anchorage

The Slipway properties are all located at the bottom of Rock, on the other side of the road from the Rock Sailing club slipway.  There are three terrace rows of houses that alll have South facing aspects and balconies and offer a perfect spot to have family groups rent multiple properties so each family can be in the same place as their friends but also have some space and time to themselves..

ROCK

Padstow 1.5 miles via ferry; Polzeath 2.8 miles; Wadebridge 6.2 miles.

Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.

Orders must be placed at least one week prior to your arrival.

Before ordering your linen, please check the bed configurations of your holiday cottage; especially, where zip and link beds are supplied, as you will need to let them know whether you will be using them as a twin or superking.
