• "Very good stay at Upper Deck, great location and very well presented this time, this was our 4th stay and would recommend this acconodation for anyone who enjoys the Rock area of Cornwall."

  We have booked again for May 2024 also noticed the restaurant below is being converted to an apartment and mentioned it to the cleaners when we left would interested in renting this for future stays so would like to know when it will be available.

• "Excellent property, beautifully maintained, spacious and lovely views."

  It got a little hot at night, even with the windows open, but we asked for a fan and got one a few hours later. Would definitely stay here again.

• "It would have been 4 or 5 stars rather than 3 stars, if the cleaners (or rather the one in charge) had not been so rude."

  We thought that we needed to be out by 10am and not 9.30am, so when the cleaners arrived at 9.30am we were still there, although the only room that we were still in was the kitchen area of the living room and we were out of all the other rooms. We were fully out by 9.42am (ie 12 minutes late). The lead/head cleaner after being incredibly rude to us, spent that 12 minutes outside the flat on the phone complaining to someone that we were late and that she would be delayed. If she had done some work rather than complain, given that they had two bedrooms and two bathrooms which were available to be cleaned when they arrived (the other cleaner did go into them to do the work), they need not have been delayed at all. With staff like that it is no wonder that some of your landlords are moving to other agents. Really nice house and good holiday ruined by your cleaners at the end.

• "This has been our third stay to this fantastic apartment that is comfortable, homely with beautiful outlook!"

  A perfect place to enjoy beautiful coastline walks, go surfing at Polzeath and visit Padstow. We will be back!

• "Excellent apartment very well equipped with perfect location and wonderful view."

  The one point we would like to mention is that we only found the bins when leaving.

• "Great property, loved the views even when weather was poor."

  Very comfortable and well appointed. Shame the blind in main bedroom was broken and could not be opened. 5 star accommodation

• "2nd visit to this apartment and not disappointed."

  Peaceful and relaxing even though it is directly above a restaurant but this closed early evening so no issue. Great to have parking as that can be difficult in Rock. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Would recommend
