With the beach only a few minutes away, you can spend days soaking up the sun, sand, and sea before returning to Woodmans Cottage to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and all the comforts of home.
As you enter the cottage, you'll be greeted by an open-plan living space, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, as well as a dining table for family dinners.
The interior of the cottage is completed by two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and the bathroom, where you can rest and refresh after exploring the surrounding area.
Make the most of the great outdoors by heading out to the garden, which is fully equipped with furniture for alfresco dining, or exploring the communal garden, shared swimming pool, and tennis court on-site.
Explore the area, which offers a plethora of attractions ranging from the iconic Pendennis Castle on the Lizard Peninsula to the spectacular St Mawes Castle, National Trust - St Anthony Head, or take a walk along the Roseland Heritage Coast and admire the stunning views of the river Fal.
Visit the enchanting Boscawen Park for a leisurely stroll and a picnic in the sun, immerse yourself in nature's beauty by exploring Trebah Garden's winding paths and cascading waterfalls or take a dip in the sea and enjoy the stunning Cornish coast.

We had an amazing time in Falmouth, made all the better by the wonderful house and facilities we had the great fortune to hire/rent.
We went out and enjoyed the locale with particular reference to Maenporth beach. It was quiet with lots of rock pools and caves to explore and in walking distance. We also went further afield but it was all manageable from where we were staying. And we had the weather on our side also, although blustery the rain kept off during the day

Very well equipped and comfortable cottage which wholly suited our needs - family (all adults) convening from different places at Xmas.
Great location, quiet, easy access & lots to do - exploring, walking, places to eat etc. Would highly recommend and consider coming back in the future in the off season.
