The property

Rospletha Bungalow is a well-appointed dwelling nestled in the rural parish of St Levan, Cornwall.

Set over one floor, this charming pet-friendly bungalow is the ideal base for families of six or groups of four who seek an escape to the wonderful county of Cornwall.

As you open the door and step inside the sitting room oozing with character, admire the gorgeous stone walls and traditional open fire place that you can warm by as you relax on the sofas and flick on the TV, following an exciting day of adventure exploring the local area.

Take a seat at the table in the wonderful sun room and sip on a warm cup of coffee as you make plans with the group for the remainder of your holiday and look forward to the days ahead.

Head on through to the glossy kitchen kitted out with all the essential appliances, where you can cook up a storm and prepare a delicious three course meal for the family to delight in at the dining table.

As the evening draws to a close, wander through to your bedroom throughout the stay; a spacious double bedroom with ample storage boasts unrivaled views of the sea whilst a pretty twin bedroom with crisp white bed sheets has the benefit of a contemporary en-suite with a walk-in shower.

The last of the bedrooms is a lovely bunk room, perfect for those travelling with children.

The ground-floor is also home to a well-thought cloakroom with hand basin, WC and washing machine so that you can stay ahead of the game and wash all of your clothes before travelling back home at the end of the holiday.

Spend time in the well-kept garden with a dinner alfresco as you bask in the sunshine with a nice glass of white, whilst the children and dogs play on the lawn making the most of the warmer weather.

Take a morning stroll along the white sands of Porthchapel Beach before heading to Porthcurno Beach Cafe for a freshly made scone and a nice cup of tea.
