"Location absolutely fantastic."
Couldn't be closer to the sea without getting in it! Sennen was beautiful. Sadly the accommodation didn't quite live up to our expectations. In terms of cleanliness the place was generally tidy and well stocked but there was dust and cobwebs around. I opened the extractor fan once to use the light and that was very greasy and dirty. No one got a wink of sleep the first night due to the overwhelming use of air fresheners. The smell was absolutely choking. And with the door being right out onto the street, it was not easy to air out during winter whilst raining! We eventually found all 5 or 6 air fresheners and contained them in a sandwich bag, which stopped my son from coughing badly on the second night. I assume the air fresheners were to try and disguise the bad drain smell coming from the bathroom. Unfortunately they just added to the headache. The drain smell was persistent despite running water down the sink and shower but was manageable as long as keeping the bathroom door shut. There was also a slight damp smell, it looks as though at some point there has been flooding as seen on the bottom of the doors. All 4 of sadly found the beds to be very uncomfortable and the bedding quality wasn't good. So much so that we ended up leaving after the 3rd night, despite booking 4, as we just needed to get some decent sleep, which was a shame. The property has so much potential but seems to require a little bit of love. We didn't raise any issues whilst there because it was a short break, we were tired from a very long drive, had small children with us, and it was new year so realistically assumed nothing would be fixed at that time anyway. We made the most of it and enjoyed the beach. A suggestion - a much better set up for the place would be to have twin beds or zip&link beds in one of the rooms to give more flexibility for families.

"We stayed here over Christmas."
What wonderful place to be. It has all the things and more you need for a vacation. It felt very homey, they also put a Xmas tree up for us. We sat inside on very cold days just watching the sea from the living room. It was nice knowing the owner was on hand to ask any questions. Sennan is one of the most beautiful places to be at any time of year.

"This is our 4th stay in Harbour Studio and it just gets better and better."
My wife was nearly in tears when we had to leave. What a location!!. Lovely cafe right next door with,great food. And a lovely pub 200 yards away. Wonderful view of the ocean when we step out of the door. Can't wait to return. Many thanks to you all.

"Great location and fastidiously maintained."
Walk out the door and into the cove. Everything you need is walking distance to the flat. The sunsets cannot be beaten.
Be aware that (like everywhere in Cornwall) the parking spot is tight and would require confident maneuvering with an estate or SUV.

This was our second visit and if possible was even better than the first time. A perfectly situated home from home with everything we could need and a lovely welcome pack on arrival. Thank you for having us to stay at your wonderful home. We will definitely be back

"This is our second time staying at Harbour Studio - we love it there."
James and Zara are fantastic, friendly hosts who went out of their way to help us. The studio was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It's a perfect location in Sennen Cove; right beside the shop, and very close to other amenities. If you're lucky like us, you may even get to see a lifeboat launch from the station directly across the road! The views of one of the most beautiful beaches in Cornwall are wonderful. I'm always sad to leave and counting the days until I can come back.

"We have just had the most wonderful week at Harbour Studio, Sennen Cove."
The apartment is immaculately clean with all the comforts of home. We couldn’t have asked for anywhere better, as it is only across the little road from the harbour and Lifeboat Station. Perfectly situated and had everything we needed and more. Tea, coffee, fresh milk and cake was awaiting us on arrival. A lot of thought has gone into this beautiful home. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us. We will definitely be back to visit as soon as we can.

"We enjoyed are stay at Harbour Studio which was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable."
The problem with the bedrooms was there was little room to move around the beds, even making the beds was hard work with so little room. The bathroom and shower were fine although again the area was small. Why there was no written instructions for operating the tv (high tech) and microwave and having to scan by mobile Q codes with a poor signal was very poor we never used the microwave because of this and we didnt want to waste holiday time contacting the owner. Parking was also the same with no written instructions and directed by mobile phone so please you have a lovely holiday apartment which requires a lot more thought on the age group that may be using. "We had a really lovely time at Harbour Studio."
It is a very cozy and comfortable spot, with beautiful views, and is tastefully decorated. It's very convenient for the beach and other village amenities - the shop is next door. We were supplied with most things we needed, including a lovely welcome basket of scones and fudge, but a few more kitchen supplies, such as a grater and oven mitts, would be useful. There was an issue with the shower drain overflowing but I managed to fix it, though we had very soggy towels! The owners were away but we were able to communicate by text and they checked in to make sure we were OK. Sennen Cove is an exceptionally beautiful place and we look forward to returning.

"We had a brilliant week."
Accommodation was perfect and really comfy. Kitchen was well thought out and even came with tin foil! The attention to detail and comfort throughout was exceptional. The welcome pack was a bonus, especially as I’d forgotten to pack coffee and milk.
The location was fantastic. Beach was lovely and the pub wasn’t bad either!!!
All of this was only topped by the nicest owners I have met.
