Ocean Edge

The drive down to the house is very tight but overall the house is superb and very comfortable.

Perfect location into sennen cove. An incredible place to holiday and highly recommended.

We had a 6 night stay at Ocean's Edge and found it to be exactly as was described on the website, if not better.

There is a seaview from almost every room and all beds are super comfy. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware, and lots of useful items (although we couldn't find a teapot! ) :). There was a lovely hamper of local goods which was a really nice start as well as milk and teabags etc, for that first cup of tea after a long drive. The provision for the dog was great too. A short, but steep, walk to the pub and the beach. The last part of the drive way from the road looks like a national trail path, but is actually a very narrow lane down to the house. And its a short walk to Lands End along the lane behind the house. We didn't need any help whilst we were away but there is a comprehensive folder with lots of information and instructions for working all of the appliances. All in all we had a great week in the house and we'll definitely be booking it again.

The accommodation was absolutely beautiful and the welcome package and note was a lovely gesture and total surprise.

Everything you could possibly want away from home was provided right down to the dog beds and treats (we had of course brought our own) but it was a very much appreciated. The only annoying thing we found was the heat alarm in the kitchen, every time the oven door was opened during cooking it went off as it is situated practically above the oven door and in turn the noise set the dogs off barking. If the heat detector was located just slightly further away from the oven there wouldn’t have been a problem. We had a fabulous break in a delightful environment and would highly recommend this accommodation.

Ocean Edge was the perfect location for our short break.

The accommodation is spotless, well maintained and had a well equipped kitchen if you choose to eat in. It is only a short walk to the village pub and beach both of which we used every day of our stay. The welcome pack for us humans and our canine friends was a lovely touch and well appreciated, I’d thoroughly recommend this property if you’re looking for a break in Cornwall.

When we arrived at Ocean Edge it was just wow.

Abi has done an incredible job on this property. The welcome pack was thoughtful generous and well received, even the dog had his own bed and blanket. The view over Sennen Cove is breath taking, could sit and watch the Ocean all day. The parking is ample with room to turn a vehicle round to drive out forwards (parked it and didn’t move it for a week) This is a high end luxury rental with a fully stocked kitchen, massive telly :) great showers, and even wetsuits if you a brave enough to go for a swim. Tescos do successfully deliver and on time. A fabulous 30 minute walk takes you to Lands End and the views. We have used Sykes for many years and this is one of the best. We will hopefully be returning to Ocean Edge later in the year.

The place is wonderful with everything you need for an amazing holiday and views you’ll never tire of.

Great stay at Ocean View.

Easy access to footpath (bit steep) down to Sennen. Amazing views. Was a great weekend break in December for a couple with dogs. Fabulous welcome pack. Access to property a little tight had to swing our estate car into very narrow lane (looks like a footpath on google maps!). Not much cupboard space for food storage in kitchen and smoke alarm directly above oven a bit sensitive! Really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Home away from home, but with an amazing view!

Oceans edge was beautifully decorated, really comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could think of. The kitchen had every utensil etc you’d need, the lounge was very comfortable and cosy. Even toys provided for kids. We really appreciated the lovely welcome tray and goods in the fridge left for us. The dog loved the very plush dog basket and lying in it looking out over the cove. It was very thoughtful leaving dogtreats, bowls and poobags. It was great to have a garden too, however not enclosed. All the little extra touches made this feel very special and we loved our stay! The view over the cove was amazing and we loved being able to walk straight out to join the nearby coast trails. The week flew by and we really could could have stayed a lot longer. Thank you!
