We found a lot of the knobs on kitchen cupboards hard to open in pillows of poor quality the grill pan was dirty so we didn’t use it there were no sun loungers the garden was quite uneven had to be careful where you walked or you could twist your ankle we are both disabled and all these things combined made the stay a problem for us Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry that we didn't meet our high expectations for your stay and that you experienced some problems. The kitchen is brand new and thus some of the door closing magnets may need adjusting to help ease of opening. I am really sorry to hear that the grill pan was dirty and I have asked housekeeping to look into this matter straight away. The pillows were supplied directly from a hotel bedding supplier although I do realise that people have different preferences when it comes to pillows and we will look to make alternative options available. Once again thank you for your feedback.
