The property

Perfectly located for touring the wonderful south coast of Cornwall, this delightful barn conversion is set in a rural location, a short drive from Mevagissey and 1.5 miles from the acclaimed Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Driving down the half-mile private lane to approach the property, which sits alongside the owner’s mixed livestock and arable farm, you will start to feel that you have left your busy life behind you.

The sitting area opens out to a large decked area, with comfortable seating and a barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining whilst taking in the superb rural views.

The two nearest villages, St Ewe and Sticker, both have excellent pubs acclaimed for their food, whilst the town of St. Austell with its host of amenities is only 6 miles away, plus pretty Porthpean and historic Charlestown are just a little further.
