  • "Lovely spacious clean home."

    The views from most of the windows were great. Car space at the rear had just enough space for my small car and it was very handy to have. It was nice and quiet at night for a good nights sleep. We used the local taxis which you were able to pick up from outside the Cinema at night time. We loved St Ives Town and it's beaches and would recommend this home and its town to anyone.

  • "Lovely house, clean, comfortable and very well equipped especially the kitchen."

    The location is fantastic. We had a few days without even taking the car out as everywhere in St Ives is easily walkable from the house (as long as you don’t mind the hill!). The views are spectacular, especially from the top bedroom, the photos don’t do it justice. We’d stay again!

  • "Accessing the house process was very easy."

    All rooms were very clean (spotless). The house was well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Short walk to the town centre. Had a lovely time and would highly recommend this accommodation.

  • "Und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung."

    Sie war sehr sauber, sehr klar und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen tollen Blick vom obersten Zimmer über St. Ives und das Meer. Man muss beachten, wenn man vom Stadtzentrum kommt, dass man zur Ferienwohnung bergauf laufen muss. Ansonsten gibt es in der Nähe einen Spar-Laden, wo man einkaufen kann und ein tolles Café in der Straße (Bre Café). Zur Steilküste kommt man in ca. 15 Minuten auf kleinen Fußwegen. Der Blick von den Klippen ist atemberaubend. Es lohnt sich auch zum nahegelegenen Men an To uns dem Boskednan Steinkreis zu wandern (wir sind bis Gulnards Hotel mit dem Bus gefahren und ab da gewandert). Was wir auch toll fanden, waren die zum Teil tropischen Pflanzen, die in St. Yves und Umgebung aufgrund des milden Klimas wachsen.

  • "We loved our stay at breakers point but."

    Unfortunately on arrival I we had to hoover as the livingroom area was all crumbs and washing left from previous guests! But this certainly wont stop us from returning. Everything else was 5 ⭐️

  • "Breakers Point continues to be a favourite of mine."

    I’ve stayed here several times and it’s consistently excellent. It's spotless, bright and comfortably spacious. The property is thoughtfully equipped for cooking, dining, comfort and entertainment. And in a brilliant location, just a few minutes' walk from the town, bus routes and both coastal and inland walks. It is a steep walk back up from town, but there’s a handy Spar a little further up the hill, which is far less of a slog than the convenience stores in town when you just need to top up supplies. Parking is tight, as is typical for St Ives, but the dedicated space right outside is a huge bonus. Highly recommended.

  • "A proper ‘home from home’."

    We found everything we needed at the accommodation. Very comfortable beds, lovely furnished rooms, big fluffy towels. Welcome pack was appreciated and directions/key storage and communication with the owner was easy. Great location away from the hustle and bustle but only a short walk to shops, Tate, beaches and seafront. Be warned the house is on a hill and the walk back is steep! Lovely views from the top bedroom though! Our car didn’t fit in the small allocated space but if you’re lucky there’s an area of free parking on the road or plenty of payable car parks nearby (we paid for a week stay at Trenwith car park). We highly recommend this property in beautiful St Ives!

  • "The location of the property was great and it also offered parking and wifi (although not in the top bedroom but the view made up for that)."

    The house was clean and comfortable with lots of blankets, pillows, towels, loo roll, hand wash etc. and the kitchen had all the pans/crockery/utensils etc. that we needed. Communication was clear. I would stay here again.

  • "The house was very comfortable well laid out, however there was no WiFi in the top room, and it took me 15 minutes to find the cutlery drawer."

    Apart from having to walk up and down the hill it was close enough to the town centre and harbour to be able to leave the car behind.

    Upgrade to the bathroom was very good a much needed job the only fly in the ointment was the bed quilt cover was far bigger than the quilt and most of the buttons wear missing made the bed feel uncomfortable other than that it was very good

    I apologise that you found that the duvet cover was not a good fit for the duvet causing you discomfort. I did change my Housekeepers in May this year so hopefully there will be no further issues of this nature. Property Owner

  • "We had the most wonderful holiday at Breakers Point."

    The house is immaculate and it seemed that everything was brand new in the house. Every facility needed for a perfect holiday was provided. The furniture, fittings and the most amazing comfortable beds had been given careful consideration .We had a lovely view from the Loft bedroom and even enjoyed watching the seagulls and their fledglings on the roof. The toaster blew the fuse but within the hour "Helping Hands Service arrived after contacting them about the problem. A new toaster arrived the next day from Amazon so you can see the owner cares very much and wants the clients to have the best service. We did have some rain during our stay so the TV and Netflix and Sky Service was an added bonus when we couldn't get out. An amazing property and we will be back sometime in the future I am sure of it. Thank You Best Wishes Lynette Jones

The property

Breakers Point is a modern townhouse in St Ives that boasts sea views and sits minutes from Porthmeor Beach.
