    It is situated very close to wonderful beaches and walks. The private patio catches the sun for most of the day. All of the equipment and facilities are of a really good quality.

    Everything we needed and spotlessly clean Location good, a couple mile walk into Falmouth, there’s also a bus but check times as it seemed erratic National trust gardens nearby are a delight. Also ferry to st Maws and castle worth doing

  • "Swans Nest provides excellent spacious accommodation for 2, with lots of little extras which really enhanced our stay."

    It was spotlessly clean on arrival and it was a real bonus having an allocated parking space. Our dog enjoyed the walks around the lake and beyond. Fantastic location for Falmouth and surrounding area.

  • "What an absolutely lovely spacious 1 bedroom property in a lovely quiet area with the sea only a few minutes walk away."

    Really enjoyed staying here, everything you need for a super relaxing holiday. The property is maintained to the highest standard as well as the surrounding garden, all in all a cracking place and one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. Plenty of nice coastal walks either way with little coves/cafes and also a good base to explore the likes of Falmouth/ Lands End and 2 or 3 National Trust properties nearby if your members for a nice day out . Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if visiting this area in future, superb, Adam, Karen and Prince

  • "Swans Nest is such a great place to stay and we felt instantly at home."

    The property has been well thought out, even down to the bean to cup coffee machine, a very nice touch. It was also beautifully clean. Thank you Chris. As a suggestion and in no way a criticism, it would be helpful to have more than four of each of the crockery, glasses and cutlery. We ended up using the dishwasher each day as we had nothing left to use when we had space for at least another meal. We are thinking of the energy and water consumption rather than anything else when mentioning it.

  • "Lovely place very clean spacious and modern."

    Enjoyed the cream tea treat! Great location felt very peaceful but very easy walk to beach and eateries also lovely to stroll over to Gylly beach too. Some feedback: cheese grater would be a great addition. Just one loo roll provided, would be good to have some more or at least say just one provided. A bit better info beforehand about what's provided ie that salt pepper oil vinegar tea towels wash liquid all provided. So you know what to bring. Small dog can get beneath the fencing so need to watch them. We really enjoyed the stay and the area and felt very relaxed being at Swans Nest and the space felt very private and calm. Thank you

  • "Lovely accommodation which has been refurbished to a very high standard."

    Very well equipped and dog friendly. Jake enjoyed his treat and snuggly rug. Great location close to the beach and fairly close to town. Only slight downside was the mattress, which was a bit lumpy, but could be improved with a topper. Overall a great place to stay.

    The accommodation was clean, modern and nicely furnished and the host was friendly and helpful. The private garden was perfect for my dogs and the bean to cup coffee machine was a welcome addition.

  • "What a stunning apartment, in a gorgeous location!"

    Everything was perfect. Top marks to Chris, the owner, for amazing attention to detail. Everything you need is provided and the coffee machine and shower deserve special mentions! Just wow! Beautiful Swanpool Lake and beach are on your doorstep and the private, enclosed garden was perfect for Ruby dog. We left the car behind some days and walked the coastal path into Falmouth/Pendennis Point/Maenporth beach amongst other places. The Trellowarren Arms does a fantastic Sunday lunch and we had a gorgeous meal at the Gylly Beach cafe, which we walked to several times from the apartment, along the coast path. So many little bays around the coast, with cafes, bars and toilets in each. We had the best week; the sun shone and the area is just beautiful. We will definitely be back.

    The apartment is absolutely immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. Chris, the owner is very kind and on hand if you were to need anything or advice on the area etc. This beautifully appointed apartment is right by the lake and just minutes from Swanpool beach which is perfect. Thank you to Chris for the superb welcome pack which has to be the best we’ve ever received! We will definitely be back and look forward to visiting this stunning part of the UK again.

  • "Fantastic the only one thing i could complain about is the bed was to hard apart from that everything was great."

    The shower was fantastic, the kitchen had everything I could have wanted in a kitchen. The house was 5 star + could not fault in any way. Would certainly recommend.

  • "Our holiday was fantastic, and we enjoyed it very much."

    The property was like new in a fantastic location, the owner was very helpful, our trips in the area were very enjoyable. We will visit again Thank You. 5 STARS My only rub is with SYKES. They booked us with wrong dates, were never available to correct their mistake, Ii wrote two polite letters to their Chief executive who never replied. Their cancellation policy stinks. But for the co operation of my bank who withheld some of the Barclaycard payment we would have been more than £500 out of pocket. Sykes behaviour was appalling. NEVER AGAIN will i use them. BEWARE ASHLEY WOODS

  • "Excellent holiday let providing everything you and your furry friend could wish for."

    Very short walk to shingle beach which is dog friendly until 1st July. A further 30 minute walk takes you into the centre of Falmouth or Pendennis Castle. Walk in the opposite direction along the coastal path to reach Maenporth beach - a hidden gem and again dog friendly. Swans Nest itself is truly luxurious, spotlessly clean, exceptionally well equipped, and has an enclosed garden. Wonderful welcome pack. The owner, Chris, is very personable and approachable if you need anything. Highly recommended.
