It was a nice little cottage but it was very cold the heater in the lounge didn’t work and a note told us to use the small electric fire place heater which isn’t enough , so we had to go to Screwfix and buy our own heaters.

We Had to have the heater on all night in the bedroom. The bathroom towel radiator doesn’t heat the room enough either. There was bits of hair on the tiles in the bathroom and the kitchen sink we didn’t feel the clean was done properly.

Many plus points to Bramley Cottage; Great location for the Cotswolds, loved the front garden seating area that we used a lot (in the great weather we had), BBQ a bonus in the back garden, really comfortable bed and sofa, nice outlook out the front of the property, excellent WiFi and Smart TV, to name a few.

Couple of pointers for consideration; a pair of oven gloves would be great and the parasol for the garden table out the back really needs a stabilising base to fit into. The description of the property is clear in that it calls out that the shower room is small, plus the kitchen area is quite tight. This isn’t a criticism as it’s what we fully expected from an older style property and the description is clear, it’s just for us it was maybe a bit small but overall fine for 7 days.
