  • "A lovely spacious bungalow in a quiet location but with easy access to main roads."

    The bungalow was nice and clean, spotless in fact with comfortable beds and a lovely view from the kitchen and lounge. The property is well placed for visiting The Cotswolds, Worcestershire & Gloucestershire. The new Shopping Outlet at Ashchurch is 10 to 15 minutes away. There is a pub within walking distance which does food all day if you don’t want to cook. We will definitely return to Hillside for future holidays.

  • "Lovely bungalow, spotlessly clean, and well maintained, beds lovely and comfortable, great location."

    Our only gripe which we are loathed to comment on because everything else about the place was wonderful. The three seater settee was uncomfortable and made an awful cracking noise every time one of us sat down on it, plus the single arm chair in the corner of the room had a fault on one of the front legs, so we were reluctant to even sit on it, and Wi-Fi was very slow, we are sorry to mention these problems, and we will be surprised if others haven’t mentioned it already.

  • "Hillside is a wonderfulf retreat in a gorgeous location with views and endless walks on the hill - check out the Ordnance Survey website, you genuinely could walk for miles and miles in glorious Cotswold countryside."

    It's the perfect location for exploring the area and further afield as road links are so good. The garden is sun soaked, full of birds, butterflies and the prettiest apple tree you've ever seen. The kitchen is superbly equipped - we were living and working here for several months and supremely happy! Beds wonderfully comfortable, shower great and conservatory wonderful to enjoy the garden when it's cooler. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore Cheltenham and the whole of the Cotswolds and even up to Stratford Upon Avon - maybe about 40 mins away. Go, stay, you will be happy you did.

The idyllic village of Bishops Cleeve sits in the Borough of Tewekesbury, Gloucestershire. The village rests at the foot of Cleeve Hill, the highest point in the Cotswolds and there are several routes with varying degrees of difficulty for climbing to the top. Within the village there are a handful of buildings dating back to the 12th and 13th century, with the centrepiece being the Church of St Michael & All Angels. Today, the village offers a selection of pubs, takeaways, cafés, independent shops and convenience stores. The neighbouring town of Cheltenham boasts a wonderful mix of old and new, home to much loved independent shops, Michelin starred fine dining, striking architecture and a series of major festivals, including the most prestigious jump race in the country, The Cheltenham Festival.
