We had such a lovely weekend at this gorgeous house celebrating my sisters 50th birthday
We had a great week and we would stay here again, it was a beautiful house and well equipped.
In terms of trying to help from a practical point of view a few improvements could include some small changes such as.. it wasn’t mentioned to my knowledge that the back garden is directly beside a busy school. This might be a drawback if you’re looking for peace and tranquility (we had some noisey kids ourselves so was ok). We all agreed we didn’t like the host WhatsApp group set up a few days prior to our arrival, I think it was a bit overkill and overwhelming before our stay - a lot of expectations and things said for example: that “our home is in great condition and we aim to keep it that way” instantly created some anxiety and also makes guest more critical over the cleanliness and maybe just feels a bit condescending! Also not allowing visitors other than the named guests into the property - I fully understand not staying over for insurance but surely visiting is ok. (We had friends close by that we originally wanted to have over for dinner but If we chose to do this then we would need to provide arrival and departure times and be given formal permission from Skyes and the owners so obviously we changed plans, it all seemed overkill.) Another small drawback having to send test strips for the hot tub daily isn’t something we have had to do in previous homes. The key system was a bit tricky and with 2 people (out of 12) with access granted on their phone (which couldn’t be shared) this meant the 3rd family ran into problems one night when they left early and couldn’t get into the property without access. The hosts were there if we had any questions which is a positive of the group but I feel a phone number and the usual informative welcome pack would suffice and be less ‘micro managing’. We all said we would stay again and recommend to others - the hosts have a gorgeous home and also kindly left 2 bottles of bubbly and chocolate which was a lovely gesture. Thanks for the memories!

The property is close to a school, and while this is generally limited to school-day periods, we understand that guests seeking complete daytime quiet may value this information before booking. Our pre-arrival information and WhatsApp group are intended to help guests arrive confidently and enjoy the property from the outset, with clear guidance on access, facilities and support if needed. We are sorry that it felt overwhelming. The brief arrival check is not intended to ask guests to look for faults. The property is inspected before every stay, and we simply ask guests to let us know promptly if they notice any obvious pre-existing issue. This helps ensure that accidental damage, significant stains or breakages can be dealt with fairly and that the home remains in good condition for every family who stays. Similarly, the daily hot-tub test is a quick check that takes less than a minute and allows guests to do it at a time that suits them, rather than us needing to interrupt their holiday with daily visits. Our visitor and occupancy policy is in place because the home is marketed, insured and priced for a maximum of 12 overnight guests. It is not intended to prevent genuine holidaymakers enjoying their stay, but to protect the property, neighbours and the experience of all guests by ensuring the house is not used as an unapproved event or party venue (which has happened in the past). Two people are normally given access through the key system, but additional access can be arranged on request. We are sorry that this caused difficulty for one member of your party. Had we known during the stay, we would have been happy to add another user promptly through the same WhatsApp group. Thank you again for your comments. We will consider how to make our welcome information feel clearer and less formal while retaining the practical safeguards that help us provide a clean, well-maintained and enjoyable home for responsible groups. The property was lovely , but there was a lot of dust , cobwebs in windows and top of wardrobe and inside tv unit , plus a lot of issues which we sent via photos , the owner/ caretaker said they knew about : so can’t understand why hadn’t been fixed or at least let new tenants know about before there stay , as I was getting anxious about being charged for the damages , but that aside we as a family enjoyed every moment in the house , and were actually sad when it was time to leave

We were, however, disappointed by the ratings given for cleanliness and facilities/maintenance, particularly as the property is professionally prepared and checked before every arrival. We take all feedback seriously, and we have reviewed the points raised, including the areas shown in the photographs. The maintenance items identified were minor cosmetic matters, such as a slightly bent post and a loose socket faceplate, and did not affect the safe use, comfort or enjoyment of the property. Where possible, such small items are addressed between bookings; however, some are reported or noticed during a stay and cannot always be attended to immediately without unnecessarily disturbing guests. We appreciate that you were anxious about being held responsible for damage. This is exactly why we ask guests to notify us promptly of anything they believe may be pre-existing and to send photographs. We keep records of the property’s condition before and after each stay, not to unfairly charge guests, but to protect everyone and to ensure that responsibility for more substantial new damage, such as significant staining, breakages or damage to furnishings is assessed fairly and accurately. Had the cleaning concerns been raised at the start of the stay, we would have been happy to arrange for the relevant areas to be attended to straight away. We are nevertheless grateful that you contacted us with your observations, and we will use the feedback to reinforce our cleaning and pre-arrival inspection checks. The property was clean throughout and had more than sufficient space for our group to relax and eat together.
The garden was large enough for the kids to play around and the bar area, sauna and hot tub were nice ways to relax for the adults. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery so could enjoy dinners without fuss. Harjeet and Sat were great hosts, and thorough in providing information about how to find and access the property, and use the facilities. Helpfully provided the information ahead of time and communication was good before and throughout the stay when needed, including accomodating requests and clarifying information. Would happily stay at the property again and recommend the place to others.

The property was so lovley, my grandchildren loved playing in the garden, the air hockey table and football table was a nice touch.

The house is absolutely stunning!
Its got everything you need. The prosecco and chocolates were a lovely touch. Beds are so comfy too! We had a small hiccup with the hot tub, this was dealt with quickly and attentively and was much appreciated. We all had such a lovely, relaxing stay the only downside was we couldn't stay longer! What a lovely weekend we had!

A truly lovely home to share family celebrations from the youngest at 3 to the oldest at 80!
Plenty of garden space for the children to run around in and for the adults to relax. The accommodation was really clean and with all we needed for a weeks holiday. An umbrella or shelter of some sort would have been nice in the garden as we were blessed with really good weather.

This was a hassle free booking.
The response from the start and throughout the stay was almost immediate to any questions form the property owners. The videos from the property owners was very helpful on how to use the facilities. The hot tub was ready for use immediately and situated just outside the sliding doors so made it easy access to get in and out of the house. The large open plan of the house was great which meant all 12 of us were all together and not crowded. The kitchen has all the amenities you would need to prepare and serve food. All the guests said how comfortable the beds were. The bar room was an added bonus :) Would definitely book again :)

Wow Wow Wow is what I say , What an unbelievable place I have no faults for this place best holiday home I have ever stayed in, the owners are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble and any help is sorted in seconds.
Hot tub is class the lounge area is large and comfortable , lovely little games area great kitchen and island the bar area is another level to enjoy and party also the bedrooms are spacious and comfy the master is fantastic. We had an absolutely amazing weekend at 85A Braybrooke Road and couldn’t fault the property at all.
The house is stunning, beautifully presented, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay- including ample parking. The bar area was a real highlight and made for such a fun social space, while the sauna and hot tub took it to the next level — pure luxury and perfect for unwinding. The whole place felt spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making it ideal for a special getaway. We all agreed it exceeded our expectations and felt like a real treat from start to finish. The owners were extremely helpful and on hand to help with any questions we had. I stayed here with friends and our young children for my partner's birthday.
The house felt even bigger in real life compared to the photos but just as clean. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together or take time out separately. The bar room, hot tub, and sauna were a big hit with the adults in the evening. There's a coffee shop and corner shops a short walk away and a children's play park too. We hired a chef for dinner one night and there was plenty of space for him to prepare food, even with everyone else home. The hosts provided lots of information up front and were always available on WhatsApp to answer questions.

We stayed for a weekend at this accommodation, a group of 12 women, an annual weekend away to kick off Christmas.
This is the perfect location for a large group, the house is clean, immaculate and comfortable. The facilities are wonderful including a hot tub, beautiful garden, a bar and a sauna. The beds and sofas and seats were all really comfortable, the house is warm and cosy at all time. The communication from the owners was excellent and set up the weekend, any queries we had were addressed quickly. This is accommodation we would highly recommend, the local area had everything you would need in shops, restaurants and take aways. Incredible Stay!
We booked this house for a girls’ weekend to celebrate a big birthday, and it completely exceeded our expectations! The communication and information provided before arrival were so clear and thorough — everything we needed to know was included. The hosts were amazing, so accommodating, and always quick to respond to any questions. When we arrived, the first thing I said was “wow!” — the house is absolutely stunning. We were greeted with a lovely welcome gesture of chocolates and Prosecco, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our group had the most amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had literally everything you could possibly need. It’s so well-equipped and clearly very well looked after. The hosts were fantastic — when we mentioned that the toaster had been left broken by a previous guest (not their fault at all), they replaced it straight away and couldn’t be more apologetic. It honestly didn’t affect our stay one bit. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we couldn’t have asked for more. We’re already talking about when we can book again because this was, without a doubt, one of our best weekends away! Thank you so much!

Stayed for family 75th birthday celebration.
Guests ranged in age from 5 to 78. Property suited everyone and children had plenty of games to amuse them. The property is very well equipped particularly the kitchen which had everything to cook an elaborate meal. The family loved the bar area and the garden and hot tub particularly. Would come again for another family party in future.

We booked 85a Braybrooke Road for a family get-together and it exceeded all expectations.
The home was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The hosts were superb - friendly, responsive, and clear in all communications, which made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. It was the perfect setting for reconnecting and relaxing with loved ones. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or better hosts. Highly recommended - we would love to return!

Just arrived home from a week long stay at this stunning property.
The owners were really helpful and organised. The communication beforehand was really good too. The house itself is very spacious , we had 10 adults and there was plenty of room. The bedrooms were lovely and the amenities were spot on. A nice touch was the fizz and chocolates on arrival! We even got a top tip for a take away , nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this as a great base to explore.

We recently enjoyed a truly superb weekend escape at 85A Braybrooke Road.
This property is clearly a gem – a beautifully designed, modern, and purpose-built home where every detail has been considered for guest comfort and enjoyment. The contemporary style blended perfectly with a cozy atmosphere. The absolute highlight for us was the incredible bar area – it was truly a unique and luxurious addition, perfect for evening drinks and creating a fantastic social hub. Beyond the stunning accommodation, the owners were exceptional. Their communication was brilliant from the moment we booked, they were incredibly welcoming and accommodating during our stay, and continued to be helpful even after we checked out. A really lovely modern home that is extremely comfortable, clean and has fantastic facilities, particularly the hot tub.
Plenty of parking and lots of room for a large group in the open plan living area - we had a fabulous time as a family. The only downside is that there are only two showers that are both in the en-suite bedrooms, it’s a shame the large bathroom only has a bath (it has a separate shower head attachment but not easy to use in the bath). The communication from the owners is excellent and I can definitely recommend this property.

The house is amazing with comfort and style throughout and was immaculate.
The house boats modern technology throughout the property which adds to the luxury of the house. As an extended family with ages of 7 to 65 we all has an amazing time and will look to book the property again. The owners are really friendly and are easy to contact. They also share plenty of information with you about the property before you arrive which was really helpful.
The house is absolutely stunning and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating.
My only feedback would be that for 12 guests only have two showers, which are both in en-suites, is a slight issue. Sadly of those two showers, the one in the main bedroom, isn’t amazing. The water doesn’t drain away and the water flow is not fantastic. Apart from this we couldn’t have enjoyed the house more, it’s done to such a high standard and I would recommend to anyone x

Received lots of information before we arrived via WhatsApp, which was ideal.
The house was spotless and very impressive, we 8 ladies had the most fantastic weekend, the weather was great so the comfy garden furniture & outside hot tub were a lovely addition. There's a Morrisons just a 5 minute walk away which was handy. Overall 10 out of 10. Would defiantly return. Oh yes loved the bar room too

The communication was excellent, setting up a WhatsApp group was a great way of bringing everyone up to speed with information.
As soon as we walked through the door, we knew that we had made the right choice for our group of 10 adults. The weekend celebrating our daughter’s 21st Birthday, went very well, we had every facility we could have wished for. It was spacious, the use of the hot tub and sauna went down a treat and was a real luxury. The TVs had great apps and the master bedroom was out of this world! Wished that we could have stayed longer and would love return. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your amazing property.

The house was perfect for our girls stay.
Great facilities we especially enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi and sauna. The house is immaculate. The owners were brilliant and shared lots of relevant information before we arrived so everything ran smoothly.. we all agreed we would return. Great house - would recommend!!

Words do not do it justice. A truly wonderful house. Absolutely everything you could need. Lovely hot tub and sauna and we especially loved the cocktail bar room. We had our annual bunny weekend in this gorgeous house.
It is spacious, clean, modern with everything you need to have a wonderful time. The bar area was a lovely space to have a good catchup. Beds were comfortable and the master bedroom is massive. Prosecco and chocolates were a lovely welcome gift from the owners. Also lots of videos suppliednon how everything works Overall definitely recommend 100%

We had a fantastic few days at this beautiful house celebrating our daughter in law’s 30tg birthday.
The house is amazing, it has been designed and decorated with so much thought, it is just stunning. The open plan design allowed all our friends and family to be together when we were cooking etc. The facilities such as the bar, hot tub and games room were a real hit with everyone. We had such a great weekend we didn’t want to leave. We met the owner and he was super friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back.

Sat and Harj were excellent hosts.
They provided detailed instructions and videos that enabled us to have a great time. The house was very spacious and perfect for our party of 10. We loved the hot tub, bar area and games rooms. The open plan kitchen and lounge area was perfect for dinner and games. Great communication with the hosts throughout the stay. 100% would recommend!
We stayed here recently as a large family from Friday to Monday and had an amazing time.
The house is superb. Hosts have thought of everything and the decor is top tier. We have stayed at a number of large house rentals all over the UK and this is our favourite by far. Living area is extremely comfortable with ample seating and luxury comfort. The beds were all very comfortable and the towels supplied were a great touch meaning we didn’t have to bring as much luggage. We will 100% stay again. Property is perfect in every way.
We were a family of 10 with an infant. There was loads of space inside, the garden was a great size for football and cricket. The hot tub & sauna was wonderful for an evening relax and the property location was ideal. We will definitely be staying again. The owners were very welcoming and friendly.

We were celebrating 5 May birthdays, Husband, daughter and 3 grandchildren.
The hosts kindly left treats for all of them. The house is beautiful very spacious and absolutely everything you would ever need in the kitchen and more! The grandchildren loved the garden and games room and the toys left for them. The bar, sauna and hot tub was enjoyed by the adults. Would recommend.

This is now my favourite place and we will be back later on in the year. The property is outstanding! The decors to die for (I didn't want to leave) Attention to detail is beyond anywhere else we have stayed, you can tell alot of thought went into this property. If you like luxury look no further, you WONT be disappointed!!
This is a great holiday home with lots of luxurious touches.
The kitchen is really well equipped and the beds are really comfortable. The hot tub with easy access from the house is fab at the end of the day. We especially loved the bar and the table football / games console. Great information from the hosts before we arrived and easy to contact them with any questions. There are some nice places nearby with walks and the town has a good selection of supermarkets and takeaways.
Stayed at this property for a group 50th birthday celebration.
The house is massive and built/furnished to a very high standard. It has multiple amazing spaces to socialise in: the garden/patio, the huge lounge, the kitchen/dining area, the bar area...plus other facilities such as a hot tub, sauna and games room. There was also great communication with the friendly owners before the stay. The only minor criticism of the property is that the 2 showers are in en suite bathrooms: the enormous family bathroom (shared by the 3 non-en suite bedrooms) only has a bath. But that aside, I would highly recommend staying here.
10 of us stayed at 85a Braybrook Road for a girls weekend and my sisters hen weekend.
The accommodation is perfect. The house really has the Wow factor and the hot tub is just lovely. Only one suggestion I would make is to install a remote awning over the hot tub so it can be used in all weather's. But on a whole No complaints lovely house and the owners were most helpful.
One of the best places we’ve stayed.
Great facilities to accommodate all requirements. Spotlessly clean and enough of everything (plates, glasses ,etc with lots to spare). A nice touch of luxury. Would recommend to anyone who asks and would like to come back again. The hosts were available to talk to over the weekend to help, but were not invasive. Thanks to them both for a fabulous stay.
Great property, great space and everything we needed for our group.
The facility’s were brilliant, kept us all entertained. The location was good although it is next door to a school, we visited during the school holidays so wasn’t an issue. The only feed back we have is that the hot tub area would benefit from a higher privacy screen.

The hosts were lovely, and we received prompt responses to any of our questions. We arrived to 2 bottles of prosecco & chocolates which was a lovely touch! The property is equipped to an extremely high standard, very clean and had more than enough glassware etc. Would highly recommend this property to anyone & we are already looking to return in the near future!

The property is absolutely amazing. It’s huge and luxurious. TV’s everywhere, the bar is great and the garden is perfect. The hosts are so good too and made our stay so easy. Will be returning 100%
What a house!
It was absolutely perfect for getting together with friends for a weekend. So much room to entertain/celebrate - and something for everyone within the house. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful. I couldn’t fault a single thing and would absolutely go back! 10/10 would recommend. Best place I have ever stayed.
