The Dairy

Stayed for a week at the property.

It was lovely. Clean and spacious. All utensils and equipment available (the only suggestion would be a couple of microwave bowls, but jus as a 'handy to have' rather than essential). That said, The Dairy is a perfect central point for travel. Close to shops and beautiful countryside. We had a great time. Would recommend the New Inn and The Bell for meals. Both excellent service and close by. Thing to note: postcode for park and ride for Stratford isn't recognised on satnav, use Parkway train station

Lovely place to stay and very comfortable!

We had a great week here, its in a great location, close enough to the town but out of the way enough to relax! Great instructions given to get to the property and it was easy to find. Would have liked to have an information pack included in the property, to outline the check out procedure as we were unsure about the process, and the information received was very vague, and this could also contain leaflets for activities and places to eat nearby etc. Thank you for a lovely stay, would definitely return!

We did not have any contact with the owners which we would have liked.

Equipment was fairly standard in the property. It would have been nice to have the usual biscuits or milk as a gesture on arrival. The directions to the property were from the town of Stratford but we came from Bidford so did not find the first time. Quiet with a beautiful hilltop location on a farm with great views all around including looking down on part of Stratford. Lacked some tourist information leaflets.

The cottage was clean and well looked after and had most things you need There were only 3 odd wine glasses ,mugs a bit thin on the ground and the lack of a full length mirror was a bit troublesome otherwise was fine lots of pots and pans .

The light in the sitting room was very poor and a lamp or different fitting would be great . The cottage was clean and had most things but could do with some homely touches to make it lovely . The garden was lovely and patio furniture comfortable. The utility being next door was great . I would come back if I wanted to be in that area it was very convenient for national trust properties and Stratford upon Avon . Warwick and Cheltenham and Gloucester only a short drive away . Overall really great stay with just a few niggles .

Handy location for Stratford-upon-Avon and area. Comfortable cottage. A freezer compartment in the fridge would be useful as would additional bedside lamps.

We really enjoyed the peaceful and comfortable accommodation provide at The Dairy.

The food at the local pub [one mile] was excellant. The nearest [one and half miles] supermarket was Waitrose which was really well stocked.

Apart from not having a freezer the proprty lacked nothing

We had a lovely stay in 'The Dairy' on this working farm.

The accommodation was light, airy and comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. The owners were friendly and helpful. Stratford upon Avon is only a short drive away and there is a Waitrose, that is almost your local shop. We would highly recommend a stay in 'The Dairy'

Just returned home from a week in The Dairy and have to say it was the best cottage we have stayed in.

I was a bit dubious as at this time of year some places we have stayed have been cold, not here, we had total control of the thermostat for central heating. The owners were very friendly, even though it is a working farm and they were very busy. Plenty of rainy and sunny day things to do (DVDs, bats and balls and games). I cant recommend this cottage enough. Plus not too far from Stratford on Avon and surrounding areas.

Excellent cottage well equipped.

Very amiable and responsive host. The only improvement we would have liked would have been better broadband and perhaps a few more local information brochures wouldn't go amiss.

Everything was perfect except for one minor issue, no WiFi.

The property was ideal situated in the Cotswolds within minutes of Stratford upon Avon. Easy to find and the property owner was very friendly. I would definitely book this property again. Top class.

It was a spacious cottage with all that you needed for your stay, apart from a freezer compartment in the fridge.

I had brought several frozen items with me, so a freezer of some description would have been useful. Ideally situated for visiting Stratford upon Avon or Warwick Castle. Outside the cottage is a fenced grass area ideal for sitting in or for children . There were a few leaflets, but it would be useful if there was more information on what was available in the local area. In addition there was no information about what to do with the sheets/towels at the end of the stay. They didn’t provide information regarding waste/recycling, so you didn’t know which bin was appropriate. About 5 minutes away is a Waitrose with a cafe, vets, pharmacy and a Costa. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Convenient for visiting local National Trust and English Heritage sites. Friendly and helpful owners.

Would have liked wifi internet connectivity at the property.

Could have done with some instructions what to do with rubbish, bedding, towels etc. at the end of the holiday.

Great centre for visiting Stratford, Cotswolds and other attractions in area. Very close to Stratford Greenway for traffic free cycling.

We had a very enjoyable week at The Dairy.

Lovely converted stables and the view over the field with the sheep and lambs was priceless. The place is well equipped and comfortable. We were quite happy to disconnect for a while but it did surprised us that it does not seem to have any wi-fi connection...perhaps something for the owner to think about.

We had a lovely time at the cottage with our 2 young children.

Everything was perfectly clean and well kept. The enclosed garden was perfect for the children to play in and they loved seeing the sheep in the next field. Lovely peaceful area only a few minutes drive from Stratford-upon-Avon. Would definitely come back and highly recommended.

Excellent rural location.

Property spacious with everything you need for a holiday stay. Very comfortable furniture and exceptionally clean compared with other cottage stays we have experienced. Good food available at the village pub. Would suggest that a car is essential for getting around.

Broad band access was not automatically available but site and property more than made up for this.

The central heating was very user friendly and this property would be suitable for a winter stay as well as for spring, summer or autumn. It is situated in a very quiet, country location. There is a pub/restaurant and large supermarket within five minutes drive. The 'Dairy's' two bedrooms would suit a small family or a retired couple for examples and the site would be very safe for children. Very convenient for Stratford on Avon, history, river cruises and restaurants as well as shopping. Within thirty minutes, you might visit Evesham, Kenilworth and Warwick.

The owners are very helpful.

They are around if you need help. There is plenty of outside space to use and the cottage has lots of things. Th only improvement would be a small freezer space in the fridge.

Excellent place for big family that want to spend a lot of time on afresh air.

Lovely spacious cottage.

Everything clean, smart and well maintained. Comfortable beds. Well appointed bathroom. Owner on hand and very helpful. Would recommend and would stay again. A couple of small things would have been nice like a freezer and more kitchen equipment e.g grater, more glasses, serving bowls, pans etc. However we had a lovely stay and apart from that everything exceeded our expectations. Fantastic location too.

This was a lovely place to stay within a 10 min drive of the centre of Stratford upon Avon.

The hosts were helpful and friendly - even gave us a bag of cooking apples from the farm as we were leaving! Highly recommend as a great base for exploring the area including access to the Greenway cycle path just down the lane.

Nice comfortable accommodation in a good location for Stratford and Warwick.

Very clean, good sized place to stay for a week, the owners were very friendly and there was plenty of garden toys for the kids to play with.

We desperately needed a break from our own four walls and with the loosening of covid-19 restrictions to allow staying elsewhere decided last minute to look for a self-catering cottage.

The Dairy was a fantastic option for this, in peaceful countryside with great responsive owners, and within reasonable driving distance of some lovely outdoor days out. Good quality furniture and a well planned layout to this barn conversion, and plenty of garden space.

The property was lovely!

The repurposed barn was fitted out really well, with furniture and fittings that made our stay so comfortable. The location is also great. The farm is only a few miles from the M40, and it is in a quiet, peaceful and beautiful setting. A supermarket and Stratford upon Avon are only minutes away.

Our Hostess was extremely helpful and pleasant and the minor problem we reported was dealt with immediately.

The eggs and milk were an unexpected bonus which was most welcome. One minor suggestion for improvement ( not a complaint) would be to provide one or two lamps in the lounge area which would provide a little more "soft" light A lovely cottage and we hope to return.

Great location in the countryside, on the doorstep of Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds.

Fabulous accommodation which met all our needs.

Arrived to fresh eggs and a pint of milk in the fridge. WiFi met our needs and a utility room had everything you would need while away. Very friendly owners and was lovely to look out the windows and see sheep in the field. Would highly recommend if you are wanting to stay in Stratford. Town is about five minutes drive and the local family friendly pub, the New Inn, serves a lovely carvery.

Great little cottage on a very quiet farm away from everything!

Well equipped with everything you would need and a really useful shared laundry room! Only issue we had was the poor WiFi signal but that did us no harm for a week!

A freezer facility in the property would be good.

Also thicker curtains in the bedrooms.

This is easy to review one word PERFECT.

we had a very enjoyable holiday, very spacious and clean.

we stayed over the new year we did however have to leave early as the WiFi was not working :( and my husband planned to catch up with work with wasn’t possible. would definitely return though it never put us off

Lovely clean and tidy accommodation for our short stay whilst away a for family wedding.

Very nice cottage but one or two gripes the cooker oven and grill could not be used needed a good clean smelt of grease and fat the top was ok but again needed a good clean.

the lighting in the sitting room was so poor could not read a paper or a book needs updating the boiler broke down for a day so no hot water for a bath or shower the owner said it needed replacing not sure when.

The Dairy is a lovely cottage in a great setting.

The outside space was excellent for our family particularly as we had such amazing weather. The family are very welcoming and helpful. We’ll definitely return.

The cottage was beautifully clean and very warm.

Being slightly off the road down a short farm track meant that it was extremely quiet nestled in the Warwickshire countryside. The owner was very pleasant and welcoming even down to fresh farm eggs in the fridge!

Everything was awesome, the owners are extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the location is excellent for exploring the surrounding area.
