Overall the place was peaceful, tranquil and comfortable.

We feel that More crockery and cutlery would be useful, so the dishwasher would be better utilised. There is only a larder fridge, so no way to keep anything frozen or make ice. If the sink and a drainer it could be better used for washing up. These suggestions are intended to be constructive.

Lovely accomodstion , private drive and secure.

Garden outside for use. Lovely hosts. Lovely quiet village. Easy reach of many towns and places to visit. Stratford upon avon, leamington spa , car museum , sea life centre to name but a few. Only the hot weather stopped us visiting more places , as very exhausting. But relaxed back at the accomodation , in the garden. Nice fish and chip shop a few mins drive away. Very comfortable stay , highly recommended.

If you want a feel-at- home holiday accommodation then Oldwyjlne barns Kineton is the one. You walk into a lovely smelling , clean and tidy property . Everything you need is there , a garden and a hottub (though I didn't need one). The owners are next doors and quick to respond should need anything. No disturbance in the neighbourhood just calm. Thank you to the owners for making the barn homely can't fault it at all.

Very nice cottage on the outskirts of Kineton but within reasonable distance of the village centre and surrounding towns.

Cottage is modern and well equipped and very cosy. The owner is extremely approachable and will help with any questions you may have. Couldn't fault our stay and we thought the cottage was very good value for money.

Lovely little barn in the heart of Warwickshire with easy access to everywhere Shakespeare.

Everything you need to make your stay perfect and with lack of actual oven in the kitchen facilities what a great idea to place a Ninja oven in the kitchen. Welcoming owner who greeted us when we first got there and showed us round

We have just thoroughly enjoyed our third stay at this beautifully equipped and very comfortably furnished holiday let in an idyllic Village with a good eating, a great bakery and local shop.

Very convenient for local towns, cities and attractions

We've just had our second wonderful relaxing short break in this fantastic property.

It is fully equipped to an excellent standard, fantastically located for Warwick, Stratford, Leamington Spa, Banbury, .... (The list goes on) An excellent bonus was a couple of hours of good standard Village Cricket on the local field. We will certainly come again.

Very comfortable and warm but did wonder why it had a dishwasher but no cooker.

Also maybe 2 saucepans and a bread knife. Otherwise it was excellent with very friendly and helpful owners. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely perfect stay.

The barn was immaculately clean. The bedding and towels smelt fresh and were good quality. Everything we needed was in the cupboards. The communication was great between us and the owner. They were available and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommended! We definitely would use again! Thankyou :)

Outstanding property very relaxed holiday highly recommended

A beautiful little place in a beautiful location.

Our 4 legged friend loved exploring the village. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on and the facilities were perfect for the few days we were there.

Exceptional holiday property.

Understated from the outside but fabulous inside. Clean, modern interior, tastefully decorated and furnished. All facilities available. Towels and bed linen of highest quality. Hosts, Martin and Catherine, live on site, and were charming and helpful but not intrusive. Would highly recommend, definitely 5 stars.

The property was lovely well equipped and in a quiet little village.

The hosts were on site and when we did see them were friendly so not in your face. On a personal note we thought there was a lack of hanging space and no oven (an air fryer was supplied) and no freezer box in freezer which we needed or would have find helpful due to dietary needs. All the products left for occupants use was best quality and lovely linen. Slight moan we cleaned up a lot of daddy long legs in bedroom, bathroom and living room.

Aboustley beautiful accommodation and a very good base for exploring, so peaceful and quite.

Would diffently recommend to others and will be visiting again.

A wonderfully warm and enthusiastic welcome, with the owners showing a real interest in making our stay as pleasurable as possible.

The accommodation is fully equipped and set in an idyllic and quiet location with lots of low impact walks. The local Village has a well equipped co-op and several very nice cafes and eateries, and easy access to all the nearby towns. We could not have been happier!
