  • "We had a wonderful stay in this charming shepherd’s hut."

    The location is absolutely lovely—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. It was the perfect place to unwind. The hut itself is surprisingly spacious, with cosy bunkbeds. It’s very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved how easy it was to get to nearby places like Witney, Standlake, Burford, and Oxford—ideal for day trips and exploring the area. There’s also a fantastic pub within walking distance, which was a real bonus. One of the highlights for the boys was the field with small football nets and swimming pond—plenty of space to run around and play games. All in all, a peaceful retreat with great amenities and an ideal location. We’ll definitely be back!

Located in the serene countryside of Oxforshire, and boasting a toasty woodburning stove, as well as a wonderful studio-style design, this tranquil hideaway is the perfect escape from city life with your loved ones.

Inside, the hut features a single-storey living space with a snug bunk bed, a small yet functional kitchen equipped with a 2-ring hob and combi microwave/oven, a dining area, and a small sitting area complete with a woodburning stove, perfect for keeping warm on cooler evenings.

The shower room boasts a walk-in shower, providing all the essentials for a relaxing staycation in South Leigh.

As you step outside of Spindle, you will be greeted by a private front seating area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening whilst taking in the rural surroundings.

Why not bask in the sunshine with a picnic on the shared lawn, complete with your favourite snacks, refreshing drinks, and a touch of outdoor bliss?
