The property

Beech is a delightful holiday home situated on the serene complex of The Retreat at Elcot Park Country House Hotel and Spa near Newbury, Berkshire.

Upon entering Beech, you will be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed at the dining table.

After dinner, retire to the inviting sitting room, where you can curl up in front of the woodburning stove and watch your favourite shows on the TV, creating a perfect end to your day.

When it's time to rest, the cottage boasts two beautifully presented bedrooms.

The first is a super-king-size (which can be converted into twin beds on request) complete with a TV for your entertainment and an en-suite featuring a walk-in shower, basin, and WC.

The second bedroom is a king-size, also boasting an en-suite with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC, offering a tranquil space to unwind after a day of exploration.

A handy cloakroom with a basin, heated towel rail, and WC completes the interior of this charming cottage.

Outside, you will find a shared courtyard with a gravelled area and furniture, providing a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink, whilst soaking up the tranquil surroundings of Elcot.
