    “Amazing”

We stayed here for 2 nights 7 and 8th May 2021. Stunning location, on a working farm, and the accommodation is 5 star. Top quality bedding, top quality fittings, everything you could wish for. We stayed during Lambing season, and being able to see hundreds of new borns was quite emotional.

Peaceful location and the hosts are really friendly. Would definitely go back.

Plenty of walking and cycling opportunities are available. For those keen on fishing, Linear Fisheries are 2 miles away which are home to the best carp water in the UK. If you can tear yourself away from this superb retreat, venture into the bustling village of Eynsham, where the narrow streets and main square contain a family butchers, a traditional pub and a shop for picking up the essentials. Whilst staying here, be sure to visit The Harcourt Arms in Stanton Harcourt, where you will find a superb restaurant and an outstanding deli, selling a quality selection of fresh fruit, veg, meats, beers and wines. Also, make a stop off at the Red Lion pub in Northmoor, which is a community pub, providing excellent meals using locally sourced produce. Immerse yourself in your surroundings further, by walking the Thames Path, or head to the magnificent Thames River, where you can hire paddle boats or enjoy punting for a unique experience. For a taste of history and culture, visit Blenheim Palace, a World Heritage Site with over 300 years of history to discover or head to the city of Oxford, home to the oldest university teaching room, the Bodleian Library, the Botanic Gardens and a plethora of museums. Those visiting with younger guests can spend the day at Millets Farm, where you can pick your own fruit, visit the farm animals or spend fun-filled hours at the play farm as well as enjoy the amazing food shop.
