  • "We loved the fact that the property was so spacious and comfortable."

The kitchen was very well equipped. The children loved going down for sorbets and ice creams and also enjoyed the little park. The ability to have breakfast in the cafe within a two minute walk was a bonus. It was a great base to access many of Commonwealth Games activities. Would definitely recommend it.

We are so glad you had a great holiday and also got to enjoy the Commonwealth Games too! Property Owner

  • "Overbrook is a lovely, clean, spacious, and well equipped cottage sited on Churchfields family farm."

It has the most wonderful views. We were very lucky with the weather for a holiday in March so we did a couple of lovely walks starting from the farm and went along the Droitwich canal which runs close by. It is possible to get into both Bromsgrove/Droitwich and Worcester itself by bus from the top of the farm lane ( 3 buses per hr) but it is a good 20 minute walk. The train station is also close by should you fancy a day in Birmingham. Hanbury Hall NT worth a visit and The Black Country Museum at Dudley was only a 30 minute drive away. Churchfields itself has plenty to offer if you have young children to occupy. Plus a good ice cream parlour which is all made onsite using it's own dairy herd. Would definately use this accommodation again.

Thank you for your kind review we really appreciate it Property Owner

We did miss a tv in the bedroom, would have been nice to be able to watch a film in bed. Everything else superb.

  • "Our stay at Overbrook (the Fungalow) was amazing!"

We went 4 adults, 1 toddler and a dog and everything we needed was there. Even as we were leaving we found things we hadn't realised were there (games in the lounge coffee table). We went on lovely walks, the farm cafe was great and the farm was fun to see the cows each day! The actual bungalow was perfect, clean, spacious, even with a utility room which was very helpful when you have a dog! The kitchen was well equipped, there honestly wasn't anything missing that we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

  • "Overbook was absolutely lovely."

It was spacious and cosy at the same time. It had everything that you could ask for. The owners were delightful and friendly and couldn’t find enough for you. The ice cream parlour/cafe did delicious food and was ideal for a hot drink after a walk through the fields or by the canal. Would definitely go back

  • "The property was spotless with three large bedrooms and a large lounge."

It was situated on the edge of a farm with amazing countryside views. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend break there as did our two grandchildren. The owners have made the farm very child friendly with a small play area near the on site cafe which serves delicious food and home made ice cream. The Fairy Trail through the woods is excellent for them. The whole farm was a credit to the owners who were very friendly as were the staff.

  • "Fantastic property and filled with everything you need and more."

Located on a working farm we had reservations regarding noise, I have to say we heard nothing! Loved the ‘Cow parade’ every morning and Meeting Gill & Will and their family was a complete bonus. Staff on the farm were great. Highly recommend and it’s probable we will return next year too!

  • "Overbrook is a spacious, well-equipped, well-presented bungalow with lots of homely touches."

Lovely decor throughout and everything you could need to hand. Lots of extra touches eg garden games, board games, books, fresh farm milk. The kitchen is the best equipped we've seen with a spacious utility room full of loads of other things too, including an extra American fridge freezer. All rooms are large! Welcoming and friendly hosts and farm staff who allowed us use of the farm's facilities for free. Farm shop and ice cream parlour on site plus activities for kids (maze, fairy tale trail, go-karts etc). We got to see the cows being milked and the kids loved having the cows right next to our garden, where you see great sunsets. Even got to see the newborn calves. Whilst on a farm, you are tucked away at the far end so no trouble with noise etc. Hosts always on hand if you need anything. Well positioned for various days out eg Worcester, West Midlands Safari Park, Warwick Castle, Stratford. A great jungle adventure golf just down the road. Lots of eateries nearby. Would definitely recommend and return. Thanks Gill & Will
