  • "The locks on the upstairs doors were stiff and malfunctioning."

In fact on our final day the key broke in the en suite bathroom door lock and one of our party was locked in. Also the Masterlock outside needs replacing. Some pots and dishes were not properly cleaned. Not really satisfactory to have previous tenants being responsible for hygiene of kitchen delph. Also nowhere to hang tea towels in the kitchen. Bathroom towels were far too thick( poor absorbency) and heavy for use. Patio table and chairs could do with being replaced.

  • "This is a beautiful house with breath-taking views, in an ideal location being just outside Castletownbere which has good services, petrol, large supermarket and a range of restaurants offering excellent food."

Casey House has ideal facilities for someone less abled bodied with a lovely downstairs bedroom and walk in shower. The kitchen has everything a cook could want. The bedlinen and towels are gorgeous and the wrap-around conservatory provides a stunning space to spend time together. The owner is incredibly response to any problems and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend this property.
