    “There was no fire starter pack as advertised and was not possible to light the fire as there was no coal bucket or fire set.”

    There was no patio as advertised, no books or games. The décor was out dated and uncomfortable. There was a poor selection of glasses, we asked for wine glasses which we never received. The showers were very dirty and blocked each time they were used. We could not use the oven as it was so dirty. We did not meet the lady that owned the house only her son who checked us in, on check out we pointed out these problems to him. We are under the impression that they have cleaners that come in at ...
