  • "After staying at Clarmes house, we didn't want to go home."

    It's immaculate and beautifully decorated (in my opinion). The beds were comfortable and everything was clean - not a cobweb in sight. The owners' helpfulness, generosity and kindness was the icing on the cake. The location was superb. A short drive to Limavady for Tesco, local shops (go to Market street), restaurants and takeaways, all of which were lovely. We took our dog and he loved it. For walks we drove to Roe Valley country park, which is worth a visit.

  • "Our 2nd time here, we love it so much we've booked again for next year."

    If you're looking for a home away from home look no further. Everything about this house is perfect. Our 2 dogs love it just as much as we do, maybe more lol Judith, Denise and Eric go above and beyond. They so very helpful and welcoming. Can't wait to return next year.

  • "Clarmes House was a welcoming pleasure from the first moment we got there."

    The owners had left a beautiful welcome note with plenty of teas, coffees and treats to encourage us after our long drive. The house was very comfortable with spacious rooms and beautiful fittings. It was a little bit of luxury! The location, 30 minute from Derry, 35 from Port Rush and 45 minutes from The Giants Causeway was ideal for our group who enjoyed visiting the different places. Our hosts were most helpful with any queries. Thank you for a great holiday.

  • "Clarmes House is beautifully presented and provided very spacious accommodation for the 5 of us, but also for many friends and family to drop in as we were there for 5 nights to celebrate our son’s wedding in Limavady."

    The interior decor is professional in design and the house has every amenity possible! A real ‘home from home’. We will definitely stay again and our thanks to Denise and Eric for their friendly attention, both on arrival and departure.

  • "We had a wonderful stay at Clarmes House."

    Everything was catered to to the highest standard and the owners were extremely friendly, helpful and generous. The house is beautifully decorated and well equipped and very comfortable. The back garden is large and secure which was perfect for our dog. It's also close to all the nearby scenic attractions. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Jeff

  • "I cannot recommend this property highly enough."

    The owners have provided everything you could possibly need and more ! The house is immaculate and everything is of a high standard. We stayed as a family group and it was absolutely perfect for us and really felt like home from home. The location is great with the beach within 10 minutes, local restaurants and shops are also nearby. We will definitely stay again

  • "Not just a house but a home."

    We have travelled throughout Ireland with our two dogs and this by far is the best house we have ever stayed in. The ladies have thought of everything and more. You just need to turn up with your clothes !!! To treats for myself and my husband ( you would go back just for the homemade brown bread) To special treats for the dogs. The garden is 100% secure. You can open the back door and let the dogs run free, which we have never been able to do while away. There is nothing I can fault. We loved it so much we booked again before leaving

  • "One word to describe perfect!"

    New property with ideal location in Limavady as described. Shame the weather did not play ball but a lot of things to do around. Strong and good communication. The hosts are more than happy to help you at anytime of day. The extras in the property and the thought process of the hosts to make sure that you have everything is commendable and heart warming. I had my own car that allowed us to explore Belfast (75 minutes away), Londonderry that is (20 minutes away) and Limavady itself. I was there with my senior citizen parents and 2 children and we had absolute fun. Ty Way reasonable price for a property

Limavady is a market town in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. Limavady and its surrounding settlements derive from Celtic roots, with an estimated date from around 5 CE. The town developed from a small Plantation settlement founded by Sir Thomas Phillips. In 1610 Sir Thomas Phillips was granted 13,100 acres of land at Limavady which included an O’Cahan castle. He commenced the building of the ‘Newtown of Limavady’ which was laid out in a cruciform road pattern. There are plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants in the local area. There are five activity centres nearby, with fun and games for the whole family, as well as a multitude of leisure centres and museums. Limavady lies in the scenic Roe Valley area and the Roe Valley Country Park on the River Roe lies to the southwest of the town.
