A true home away from from but with an incredible view that photographs can't do justice too. The owners and the host communicated well before and during our stay. The cottage is located just a few minutes walk away from the beach and is a short drive away from some lovely tourist attractions. We've been holidaying in the UK for the last 7 years and this was by far the best cottage we've stayed in and very reasonably priced. Our two dogs loved the cottage and the garden. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a lovely week.

We're absolutely delighted you had such a good stay - it's our favourite place to stay too, which makes it even more satisfying to be able to share that experience with others. Glad your dogs felt at home - our dog Rolo loves to visit! Very glad you had such a good week - hope you can return some time. Richard and Catherine - owners Property Owner

We had an extremely enjoyable stay in Seacoast cottage. The welcome from Eileen and the Welcome pack itself were both equally welcome! The cottage is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. It’s spacious, luxurious and has superb views over the golf course to the sea. The dogs loved the garden, which was safely enclosed. The cottage is well situated for exploring the Causeway Coast and Derry. We were privileged to find such a lovely place to stay. 5* in every way.

  • "Seacoast Cottage was fantastic from start to finish."

The property manager, Eileen, met us on arrival and was brilliant. She explained everything you would need to know, heating controls etc and had even provided us with a very much appreciated welcome pack which even included treats for our dog! The property is stunning and has everything any traveller could wish for. The views are breathtaking and sitting in the kitchen area with a morning coffee is hard to beat. It is literally a five minute stroll from the beach and shops and a ten minute drive from Coleraine town centre. The gardens are safe and secure should you wish to bring your furry friend with you and a ten minute drive has you on, in my opinion, the best beach in Northern Ireland, Benone. Honestly, can say it is the best holiday home we have ever stayed in, and we've stayed in quite a few! Would we return? Most definitely yes. Would we recommend it? Yes, without hesitation. Can't wait to return. Many thanks for a great break in a truly stunning home. Mark, Paula and Reese

We weren't really sure what to expect, but we really couldn't have chosen better. The property is gorgeous on the inside, has EVERYTHING you could need & more. It has a fantastic view of the sea & golf course. You can quite easily sit at the dining table & just gaze out for hours!! The sun goes down much later in Castlerock than where we live in the East of England & so we could accomplish a lot in a day & still have time to be hypnotised by the beautiful sunsets! The sun sets after 10.30pm!! The cottage is ideally located to the beach (a short walk away - & what a lovely one it is, too - we spent lots of time there as we were very lucky with the weather) & it is also well located to visit other areas. We visited the Giant's Causeway, the Titanic Museum, 2 of the teens went on the Game of Thrones studio tour in Banbridge whilst the remaining 3 of us 'hung out' in the town itself, which is very nice. We saw the Mussenden Temple & the mansion ruins, too, which were well worth a visit & the view...well...not sure it gets much better! All in all all 5 of us were sorry to leave. We would certainly recommend staying there to anyone.

Nicola - that's wonderful to read! We're chuffed that you loved Seacoast and also that you were able to explore so much of the surround area (and beyond) - it's a wonderful part of the world. It is beautifully decorated with very high quality furnishings throughout, and the owners have provided everything one could possibly want while on holiday. Eileen (the caretake) was extremely friendly and helpful, and Richard the owner contacted us personally as well and so we knew there were people we would be able to contact if needed. The views are gorgeous from all the front windows, and it is lovely being able to walk to the beach from the house. Castlerock has a few small shops so we could pick up things like milk without having to get in the car. There are beautiful places to visit nearby: we loved walking up to the headland above Castlerock to see the sunset, and the views from Binevenagh (just 20 minutes in the car) are breathtaking. We would certainly like to go back, as it is such a lovely cottage and we have only scratched the surface of places to visit nearby.
