Beyond here you will find a bright and airy sitting room with plenty of seating, a Smart TV, and a woodburning stove, whilst also offering long-range views of Mulroy Bay.
Moving through to the open-plan kitchen/diner, you'll have all the essentials to cater for your group, along with laundry facilities through the adjoining utility.
Stepping out through the patio doors you will find the rear garden with outdoor furniture and bike storage, well-positioned for a day in the sun, an alfresco lunch, or a late-night refreshment as the sun sets.
As a ground-floor property, all bedrooms can be easily accessed, providing enough space for the entire party to rest, freshen up and prepare for an itinerary of local attractions; rooms include a king-size and two family rooms, along with a main bath/shower room.
Centrally located, there are plenty of village shops, taverns, and restaurants to make use of in Kerrykeel, providing a glance of the local community and its welcoming nature.
To keep your party busy, there are plenty of sights to visit, including Downings Harbour, the Great Pollet Sea Arch and its scenic views, and the trails of Woodquarter Recreation Area.
Brush up on your local history by touring the Museum of Free Derry and its 1960's exhibitions, taking in the stunning architecture of Doe Castle, or visiting the remote mansion of Glenveagh Castle.
By car you will also have access to some of the iconic landmarks of Ireland, including Ned's Point Fort, Glenevin Waterfall and its riverside woodlands, and the 18th century Fort Dunree.

Absolutely spotless - one of the cleanest places we have been.
Peaceful surroundings. Everything you can need is in the house except maybe some oven gloves. Maria even bothered to see we were alright after Storm Boelo left us without power and kept checking in. We will definitely return in better weather,

The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. Great shower, lovely large back garden & dog friendly. The furnishings were a bit tired and dated & 2 of the mattresses would need to be replaced but we enjoyed our stay
Excellent house, very clean, comfortable beds, everything we could possibly need, even an air fryer in kitchen which was a first for us, so happy to use it.
Very warm and spacious accommodation we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Area so convenient too, good shop, lovely pub, and excellent chippy when we didn't want to cook. We will definitely consider using this property again when we return to this area.
