Inside, the open-plan living area immediately draws you in.
The lounge is arranged around a large L-shaped sofa, perfect for gathering everyone together for film nights or unhurried chats, with a Smart TV and decorative fireplace adding warmth and personality.
Flowing naturally from here, the dining area features seating for six beneath a striking statement light, setting the scene for shared meals and easy evenings.
The kitchen is being upgraded to include modern cabinetry, wooden worktops and classic subway tiling, creating a smart, practical space for preparing everything from simple breakfasts to celebratory dinners, supported by a full range of modern appliances.
A ground-floor cloakroom adds everyday convenience.
The sleeping accommodation is arranged over the upper two floors, giving guests both privacy and flexibility.
Boasting both a king-size and a double bedroom as well as a twin room that cater well for families or groups, while the generous top-floor bedroom offers a calm retreat.
A well-appointed family bathroom with a bath, walk in shower, basin and WC serves the remaining rooms.
A standout feature of the house is the basement games room, a space designed purely for enjoyment.
Here, a full-size snooker table and bar area invite friendly competition and relaxed evenings without needing to head out.
Outside, the enclosed rear yard provides another social space, with plans for a hot tub that will make it a welcome spot at any time of day.

Beds were amazing .
We slept even on the first night like we were in our own beds . The one bathroom is amazing . But not practical if 4 or more adults staying . Decoration fabulous . Its in an amazing place , with free parking near by . We had a couple of tiny issues that could be sorted easily. It says 10% off at humbles , but when we went in we were told 5% off the bill. Top bedroom lovely space . Dressing table has no plugs . Light bulbs above didn't work. So impossible to use . It was clean , but not as clean as we hoped it would be . Needs some attention to detail. But I would stay again once the ensuite is fitted in the top bedroom .

We loved our stay at Eleven Tides.
From opening the door on arrival, we felt very at home in this cosy and beautifully decorated property. Lots of little touches which make all the difference didn't go amiss, from the milk in the fridge to the biscuits and bread left for us on arrival. The house is clean, comfortable and the games room is an added bonus. 10% off at the cafe next door, which is owned by Andrea, who also owns the property, and the food there is delicious. The owner was so lovely and approachable and made us feel very welcome. We look forward to a return stay here. Thanks, Andrea, for a lovely stay. Xx
