A lovely welcome with fresh scones and fires lit, coil nt be nicer. Beautiful wild location which as an artist I really appreciated and Cepta pointed out all the places she thought would interest me and she was spot on!! The local shop was a treasure with everything you would need and the owner speaking Irish, was a treat, despite my Irish being very rusty!! I thoroughly enjoyed the week and will return again. Reviewed by RosaleenAug 2020 "Prague house is simply outstanding!" It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The photos do not do the house justice! Cepta and Micheal were lovely hosts:welcoming, friendly and helpful in every way. The area was fantastic too. So much to do- we will have to return to do everything we wanted. We strongly recommend a day cycling on inis Oirr and climbing Diamond Hill. We could not recommend this house highly enough. Reviewed by BrendaJul 2020 "Prague House is an absolute delight." The setting is fabulous and the views over the water and to the mountains are stunning. The property is very well equipped and nicely furnished. Many thanks to Cepta and Michael for their warm welcome. We would love to return. Reviewed by GillSep 2019 "The Prague House is more than a person could hope for when booking a holiday home - we spent two weeks and would have been happy to extend our stay for much longer." The listing accurately represents the home, but it is so much more! Cepta and Micheal have beautifully updated this family home, retaining the historic integrity while adding every modern convenience a person could need while on vacation. We cannot say enough positive things about the Prague House and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect base from which to experience all that Connemara has to offer! She welcomed us upon our arrival and provided very helpful information about the area and suggestions for activities and sights to visit. Reviewed by LorettaAug 2019 "The cottage was beautiful, in an amazing location and was spotlessly clean." The property owner, Cepta, has created a true 'home from home', providing guests with every conceivable comfort. The property, combined with Cepta's warm welcome and local knowledge, ensured we had a superb holiday. Thank you. Reviewed by GrahamAug 2019 "The hosts, Cepta and Michael, were so welcoming." We felt at home instantly. Reviewed by HelgaJul 2019 "The cottage is beautiful and much better than expected." Especially when you have look at Google-earth, the first impession is not that good. The environment is beautiful, only walking is a bit of a problem: no public footpathes . There's no detailled map of the surroundings in the cottage. You might advice future visitors to buy one at the Internet, because none of the local shops got one. To get around decently you need one. We had a excellent holliday!! The hosts are both helpful & available. Reviewed by ChristineAug 2018 "The pictures of the cottage do not do it justice." It is beautiful, quiet and much larger than we thought. We were a group of six people - three generations of of our family. There were three large bedrooms and three baths. We had plenty of living space and privacy. Despite the remote feeling of the cottage, there is a grocery store and a butcher in easy walking distance. The small village has a Post office, gas station and pub. Everything that we could possibly need was thought of by the owner, Cepta Stevens. The garden is large and full of flowers. Our grandchildren played in the garden everyday. There are ponies across the road that are so gentle and love to be feed carrots and apples. We loved our week at Prague House. Reviewed by SusanJul 2018 "The house was absolutely beautiful and clean." The views from every window were spectacular. Our house hosts, Cepta and Michael were so kind and welcoming as well. My family had a wonderful holiday that created very happy memories. The only thing that I might add to the house would be a laundry basket and more clothes pins to carry out laundry to hang outside. Reviewed by Mary BethJun 2018 "Prague House in Lettermore is breathtaking!" The views are spectacular, the people in the area are so welcoming and Prague House, or Ti Cepta to the locals, is exceptional!! It has everything we could ever need, is warm and inviting and equipped to the fullest. The ponies in the neighbouring field gallop to meet us, (maybe from the rustling of the carrot bag) and Michael and Cepta have ensured everything is perfect...a home away from home!! Reviewed by BradMay 2018 "A beautiful bungalow with everything you need for a great holiday." Spotlessly clean. We were met by Sumpta, the owner who was so welcoming and friendly.
