"We spent 12 nights in this beautiful house."
Everything was clean and tidy. However, the dryer was out of order and could not be used during our stay. In general, there were a few things in the house that needed repair. The lock on the kitchen door was broken; since sound travels easily through the house, it would have been better for us if the door could be closed. Some of the kitchen utensils could also do with being replaced. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

"Just after coming back from a week in Swan Lake accommodation."
It was just beautiful. House is so clean, and warm and beautifully decorated and the house is big. Two bedrooms have en-suites and the main bathroom has a lovely bath and also a shower. The kitchen is huge. Sitting in the Sun Room was my favourite place to be in the house. And the kids loved just lying in the comfort of the beds with their en-suites.
House is very near to Boyle and Carrick on Shannon. Carrick has lovely places to eat. Sligo isn’t far either if you wanted shopping and to go to the beach.
In the evenings you can go to the local pub and play pool (for the kids) and have a few drinks. Lough Key Forest Park is very near also.
The house is literally on a 6k loop walk of Cavetown Lake, you can go fishing in this lake but the walk is just lovely. If you just want total peace and get away from the rush, THIS IS THE HOUSE, it’s just perfect. Some days we saw Deer run up the field beside the house.
I would highly recommend this house to anyone. Can’t wait to book next year’s trip as I hated leaving this year.

"Great property, modern tidy bungalow in a quiet location."
3 decent double bedrooms, 2 have ensuite & shower, plus there's a family bathroom. Large kitchen, large lounge, plenty of outside space for parking & rear patio for sitting. Located on a country road surrounded by trees but only a few miles from the main N5 road with easy access for visiting places. Great hosts. Thanks

"The house is lovely, clean and welcoming."
We had such an amazing time. Would definitely recommend. There were few tiny issues that didn't ruin or stay but would have made it even more perfect.
1. The towels provided were very small.
2. Blinds in the bedrooms were not too effective in the sunny mornings, maybe add some curtains would help.
3. The tumble dryer was out of order no big deal as we had beautiful weather and hung out the washing, if it have rained it would have been an issue.
As I said the house is beautiful in a great location and we really had the best time.

"Swan Lake is a delightful house adjacent to woods and a beautiful lake."
On arrival, we found the property to be spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. All our needs were catered for and we had a lovely welcome from Kim and Maurice. We would highly recommend staying in this lovely property with it's beautiful secluded surrounds. We were lucky to sight deer on several occasions. It is definitely a place we would stay at again!

Wonderful location with beautiful scenery all around. House was miticulously clean throughout. The beds were lovely and comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were extremely helpful and very welcoming. We have stayed multiple times and will definitely return again.

"Swan Lake is gorgeous, the photos do not do it justice."
The kitchen is huge and extremely well equipped. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. We each had a bathroom of our own, which was great. The house was spotlessly clean and the land the garden was immaculate. Although the weather wasn't so great, we still managed to sit outside on the garden furniture. The Lake is a short walk away, which is stunning. Kim and Maurice were excellent hosts and Kim answered any questions we had straightaway and was very helpful. I would highly recommend Swan Lake to anyone thinking of booking it.

"I honestly can not fault this property."
It is exactly as advertised. It’s a beautiful home to stay in with plenty of space for a larger group. I came away with my family and my mum is disabled and uses a wheelchair and sometime a walker to move around. This house was so easy for my mum to get around as well as feeling part of the action whether that was relaxing in the sitting rooms or sitting in the kitchen. The beds are really comfy with plenty of storage space in each bedroom. The bathrooms were also very spacious. The whole house was sparkling clean with all the little extra touches that just make your stay even more special. The surrounding area outside is picturesque and so peaceful. And a final comment has to be said about the hosts of the property, they are so friendly and helpful and made everything so simple. They were also just a text or phone call away if needed. I would highly recommend this property.

"Great house, lots of space in side and outside."
Quiet rural location, close to a lake and forest area but a short drive to the town of Boyle for shopping and the Boyle Arts festival is great. Owners resposive and easy to deal wtih. Love to go back.

"Fabulous bungalow at an reasonable cost."
The gorgeous exterior is matched by the immaculate interior. Very, very spacious and equipped with everything you need and things you never realised you needed like an extra deep bath. Lovely to see deer come out of the forest to have a stroll in the large field at the back in the evening.
