  • "Killala is a lovely location to explore, the house position is nice as everything is just around the corner, be that grocery store, pub, coffee shop or beach."

Good starting point to explore north Mayo. House itself is very comfortable and roomy, taken good care of. There was literally everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a family. The host was wonderful, really took care or everything. There were even treats for our first breakfast! Would love to stay again anytime..

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ar Georges Street."

The apartment was clean, well maintained and well equipped with ornaments to add to the homely feel. Our hosts were readily available for any problems eg. the microwave had stopped working and we had a replacement within a few hours. The village was quaint with a historical walk and old buildings and a lovely pub to sit, soak in the atmosphere and enjoy a Guinness. Views over water were lovely and it was well positioned for our sightseeing in the surrounding areas. The Centra food store just around the corner was stocked with an incredible amount of produce.

Thank you Raymond. Delighted you enjoyed your stay. Property Owner

My second time staying in georges street my only problem was i wish it could have been two weeks instead of one, the house is just a nice place to be in, clean and very well kept with all necessary facillities to make it such a comfortable house, it really was a home away from home for me

I had a very nice relaxing week in George's street killala which is a lovely quiet village with interesting historical sites and beautiful scenery, it has centra and a petrol station shop for daily essentials and is a short drive from the bigger town of ballina which has bigger supermarkets like dunnes stores, tesco, lidl, restaurants and pubs etc, the house in George's street was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable, not one thing anyone could complain about, the owner was very nice and was available to contact at any time for any possible problems but there were none, I can't speak highly enough of my experience in George's street and could recommend it to anyone I can't wait to go back at some stage
