  • "We were looking for a quiet, secluded property to enjoy some peace and quiet, and that's exactly what we got at Home Farm."

The cottage is comfortable and well serviced. It is close to the village of Campile, which has a couple of good shops for supplies and a couple of decent takeaways. Its in an ideal location to explore the towns & villages of Wexford. The biggest bonus for us, is that Home Farm is dog friendly, and our dogs had an absolute ball. We would highly recommend this property

  • "We had a lovely time at the Home Farm Cottage."

The cottage was spacious, spotless, and with all the needed amenities for a stress-free stay. It was amazing to be able to take our dog with us, and to spend the evenings relaxing in front of the open fire. The cottage is ideally located, with numerous beaches and lovely walks around. I would definitely recommend.

  • "A beautiful conversion of several really old cottages."

Spacious and airy, maintaining lots of atmosphere from its past history. A very quiet location with no farm noise above normal and nopassing traffic. Wonderful night skies free of light pollution. The woodburner and fireplace were very welcoming on cool evenings. Sadly it has suffered from lack of maitamance to the property, especially outside. The en-suite shower room was unusable due to a previous mis-hap causing quite bad water damage, but the large bath in the bathroom was wonderful. Many light bulbs didn't work and the house had a feeling of neglect and the need for t.l.c. It was a shame, because we felt very at home there.

  • "Home Farm Cottage is a gorgeous and spacious cottage out the countryside near Campile."

All the facilities were excellent and the beds were very comfy. the enclosed garden was great for our 2 young children (6 & 1) to have a run around in. There's a couple of shops, chippers and pubs in Campile, all just a short drive away. We will hopefully be back at some stage.

Great place to chill, cook, play games and just be a family. Clean and spacious and comfy beds. We really enjoyed the country life. The dog enjoyed it too! Lots of places around to visit and things to do with kids and a dog! Catherine was very quick to respond to any needs we had. We’ll be back!

  • "Could do with a thorough clean - when we arrived there were crumbs on the kitchen counter, and in cutlery drawer, hairs in the shower, it didn’t appear carpets upstairs had been hoovered - there was a bottle of coke and a dead butterfly in the bedroom, the en-suite bin still had things from previous occupants,."

The cooker fan switched on but did’t extract, the light didn’t’ work and it was totally covered in grease - as was the oven. There were no instructions to work the heating. New batteries are required for the various tv remotes. All the text was worn off the remotes. All the seats could do with a thorough clean as well to get rid of all the detritus under the cushions.
