  • "Really lovely spot with 360 degree views and walks."

Rural but not remote, good access to New Mills and Mellor/ Marple Bridge. A very spacious and comfortable home that feels generous for four people. If you are planning to mostly eat out its perfect. The hob/oven set up is not really fit for purpose in such a lovely cottage for four. I was made aware of the detail of the cooking facilities after booking. Not only is the oven tiny, it also took a very long time to warm up. Otherwise a really nice place to spend a few days.

  • "The views from the property from every room are wonderful, the property gives a sense of being remote but is well signposted and easy to find."

The hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. The property layout is very well designed. We loved the large kitchen table for our Work from home day. The only slight thing we noticed that the table top oven, hob and hot plate were not so easy to leave something cooking on without constant supervision.
