On the positive side this is a beautifully clean and well kept property in a very quiet location with wonderful views.
On the negative side, it is terraced and the sound insulation is poor. We were kept awake one night by the sound of someone vomiting in the toilet for hours. The property is very small. We found it too small for two adults and two energetic dogs. The mattress needs changing it makes loud banging noises when one turns over. People should be told there is no phone signal.
Lovely quiet location down a long single track road but luckily no trafic.
The accommodation is clean and well equipped everythingn you need including a dishwasher. Only issue was the noise from people staying in the adjacent property which goes above The Linhay.
Quality furnishings and facilities.
Panoramic views all round as well as from the lounge. Surprised that you had to enquire regarding adjustment to heating if desired ie no independent control (albeit not required at time). Would also suggest an idiots guide as to how to use the coffee pod machine.
