A lovely welcome from Ian and Allie, lovely people.Welcome Pack on arrival was lovely. From the conservatory we watched all the beautiful birds coming and going onto the bird feeder, also being able to watch our little dog chasing the squirrels up the tree. Many thanks.

Beautiful spot , lots of wildlife lovely cottage and super hosts, a relaxing holiday

Barley Cottage was cosy and had the best bed we've ever slept in, spent most of the time in the conservatory watching the birds, and ample food was supplied to keep them interested.

The garden is fully enclosed and marvellous for dogs, the weather wasn't too kind to us, so we suffered muddy paws from our two German Shepherds, to be expected it's the country. Ian & Allie are lovely people and made us feel very welcome and won't hesitate to book again.

Very friendly and welcomeing owners.

Everything you need very well laid out. Very tranquil setting. Thoroughly enjoyed so much we have booked a return visit.

Had a lovely 3 night stay, cosy, well equipped & dog friendly Enclosed garden & fantastic conservatory, great setting.

Friendly hosts.

Wonderful four nights at Barley.

Ian and Allie were lovely hosts. The cottage is very comfortable and the garden was perfect for our two dogs, completely enclosed. The north Devon coast paths provided excellent walks. Not easy walking but beautiful. We’ve already booked to return next year!
