The property

Ochenta is a delightful caravan set in the village of Combe Martin, a popular seaside resort on the coast of Devon.

Encompassed by the beauty of the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, you can ensure that Ochenta is well-positioned for a scenic getaway.

Step into the bright and airy open-plan living space, ideally suited for spending quality time with family when you’re not out exploring the surrounding area.

Gather at the dining table to enjoy a home-cooked meal, prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, providing an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and even a dishwasher, so washing up will be a breeze!

At the other end of the property lies the bedrooms, comprised of a double and a twin, wonderfully suited to a family.

Begin each morning with a refreshing shower before stepping out onto the decking, sipping on a fresh coffee as you plan for the day ahead.

A short stroll will bring you to the centre of Combe Martin, where you will be greeted by a good selection of shops where you can pick up some last-minute items to prepare a tasty picnic to bring out with you, as well as some traditional pubs serving food, ideal if you fancy a night off cooking.

During the warmer months, spend an afternoon on Combe Martin beaches, perfect for sunbathing and sandcastle building, or get involved in an abundance of watersporting opportunities; or if you’re looking for a quieter place, Wild Pear Beach is the perfect choice.

If you’re seeking a little more adventure, visit the Hangman cliffs where hikers can explore this vast and striking landscape with many views across the coast, with trails leading further into the Exmoor National Park.

Once those are completed, the coastal towns of IIfracombe and Lynton are within easy reach and offer a wide range of attractions to suit all ages and tastes.

Ochenta is a heart-warming escape, with easy access to some of Devon’s finest sights.
