A well equipped and very comfortable apartment with stunning views.

Access to the outside seating area was a bonus. Close to harbour area with many cafes and restaurants.

Absolutely stunning apartment every comfort thought of cleaned to the highest standard beautiful views will definitely be booking again

Fantastic property.

Great location. Looked after 3 generations and 2 dogs with ease. Will definitely be back. Just a bit of feedback. Outside light above door doesn't work and the overhanging porch above the stairs is dangerous. Maybe some haz tape would help. Overall would highly recommend. Thank you.

The appartment is easy to find, the parking bay is very close & easy to park on the road outside as well overnight (october).

The owners have thought through the interior carefully and there were things that go above and beyond other rentals we've stayed in. It's a very comfortable and spacious apartment in a nice town with walks right from the door and plenty to explore nearby. We would stay here again.

Excellent location and views from property.

Bed and bedding of high quality and comfort. Sofas offer little back support so be mindful. We were party of four adults, fortunately I took my own large pan otherwise it would have been difficult to cook for all of us. The steamer etc is ok for two to three people but definitely not for 6 people. No whisk, which was a surprise and knives could fo with a sharpen. The shower over the bath noy easy for older people would be much better if both bathrooms were showers only. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Local area is great including sea shanties on a Thursday. We had a hello fresh delivery Saturday morning which was the first time we had done that but worked well. Lidl is a walk away and also splendid places to eat locally. People all very friendly. We were just out of season but would imagine the parking a nightmare in peak season, the owners state small medium car and anything bigger in peak season I would imagine would be a issue. Don't be put off this place is great.

There was nothing negative I could say about the accommodation. Great location, comfortable beds, tastefully furnished and very spacious. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend staying there.

Great property.

Very comfortable and provided everything we needed for a few days in North Devon. Kitchen very well stocked and maintained. Beds and bedrooms so very comfortable. The decor and ambience were lovely and I have come away with some ideas for my own home home decor. The cream tea when we got there was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time at Cheyne beach apt; it's one of the best places we've stayed in with Sykes The apartment is very spacious and clean, beds are comfy Kitchen is well equipped, the views of the cliffs & rocks are fantastic.

Beautiful apartment just a shame about the scaffolding but otherwise perfect.

The apartment was very good nice and clean and all we needed the patio left a little to be desired was quite shabby needs a bit of a clean up

Poor!

We weren’t notified of building works and had to put up with living on a building site on our holiday. There was no privacy as the workmen could see into the kitchen and lounge. The garden was locked off, and we booked this with the main criteria being a garden with having dogs. Overall a holiday from hell. With little to no support from the owner and no support whatsoever from Sykes. Will never book again.

One of the nicest holiday homes I have stayed in. My family had a fantastic holiday, the apartment was beautiful with everything you need. The views was amazing with the constant smell and sound of the sea making it so relaxing and definitely we coming back what a an incredible place.

Parking was a nightmare ,people parking over the entrance all week so parents that are elderly had difficulty getting passed. The sink in the bathroom the cold tap was a very poor flow .

House was dirty.

Stuff was broken but maintenance came out once we reported it. Lovely decorated place but needs something doing with front of property & pation area is not pretty but views are lovely

The property was lovely.

It was far nicer than the photos led you to believe. The space and view were the best we have had staying in the UK. The description on the website needs to be updated to include all the facilities as there is no mention of a tumbledryer or coffee machine. The patio was being cleaned when we arrived, but just the piece to the left of the property, looking from the patio doors. Unfortunately the main part wasn't cleaned and the mud from the patio was left across the bottom so you couldn't walk out without shoes on.

Tremendous apartment, wonderful modern kitchen, beautiful tasteful furnishings and great outdoor door space for lovely ocean views

Excellently decorated, furnished and equipped, all making for a wonderful stay.

As if that were not enough, the view was stunning - so relaxing just to sit and look out across the Bristol Channel framed by the rocky coastline. We all loved it

Stunning apartment and very well equipped.

Very spacious and tastefully decorated. The outside space was superb with amazing views and sun most of the day in June. Some pint glasses and a shaver point would have been handy but they are the only thing. Parking for small car only but Rover permit at £50 a week available online with plenty of car parks close by and you can use at a lot of other places too. Excellent holiday and Ilfracombe itself is great.

Had a fabulous week in the apartment… It’s in a perfect position for the harbour and town centre… If we were to return to Ilfracombe I would definitely book this apartment again

Lovely apartment with great furnishings and bedding, nice and stylish very comfortable and a wonderful place to stay whatever the weather.

Everything seems to have been thought off and all the furnishings, etc. are good quality and in good condition. The parking space is quite tight and not for the fainthearted however, there is in midseason and for parking in town and sometimes for free overnight Ilfracombe is a lovely Town with lots of eating and drinking options we had a lovely meal up the hill Behind the harbor in the lime kiln. My elderly mother found the access steps with the overhang, a bit challenging.

What an awesome week away in this beautiful holiday apartment.

No 1Cheyne Beach is so spacious and airy with lovely decor. The kitchen is fantastic and the whole place is spotlessly clean. The veiws outside the rear of the property are amazing. Quite possibly the best sykes property we have stayed in over the last ten years. The location is great too. The town, harbour and coastal path just a stroll away. Woolacombe Beach, just 6 mile away is gorgeous and our border collie Jac loved it there. All in all a fabulous stay and we will definitely be back. Many thanks Kobe McNamara.

Very nice apartment in a central location.

Very newly decorated and lovely furniture and beds. Great view of the sea from the living areas. Quiet. The bedrooms were by the road and as below ground level meant little air came in through the windows and so were stuffy. The third bedroom didn’t even have a window at all. Felt slightly damp in the bedrooms. This was the only negative and would put us off slightly from booking again

Second stay here and going to book again for next year.

Have also sent deets to a couple of friends and family who are looking fie places in Ilfracombe. There are no negatives about this place I highly recommend

Beautifully furnished and very comfortable.

We have a concern that the property description refers to steps down to the rocks. These steps are extremely dangerous and in fact there is a sign saying that they should not be used. We think that the property description should be amended as this access was an attractive feature to us. The gate at the top of the steps should be padlocked as one morning the gate had blown open and the warning sign was not visible.

The view is stunning. We stayed at Christmas and decorations had been put up which was a lovely touch. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
