  • "Like others before us we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Polperro."

    Walks along the Coastal Path, exploring the village, watching the activities in the harbour or simply relaxing and enjoying the rhythm of the ebb and flow of the tides. Harbour View is a delight, it has been refurbished to a high standard making it comfortable and homely. It's location on the edge of the harbour is outstanding; the view from the kitchen sink even makes washing up a pleasure. We ate at the Three Pilchards, Priscilla's and the Blue Peter, where we enjoyed live music on Friday night. We would definitely recommend a stay at Harbour View. Ian,Jane, Rob, Katie and Charlie the dog

  • "We had a fantastic in Polperro."

    This was our 7th time returning to the village and this has by far been the best stay we’ve had. The accommodation is beautiful, the location perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

  • "Lovely property thoughtfully decorated ."

    Very comfy and cosy and peaceful close to everything . Few more bits for the kitchen would be ideal eg , roasting tin / baking tray etc but very well equipped other then that . Lovely welcome package . Our second visit .

  • "Harbour View is the perfect place for a relaxing break in the centre of the beautiful village of Polperro."

    Refurbished to a very high standard offering warmth, comfort and a great location with views over the little harbour. Explore Polperro and enjoy the cliff walks and beaches, or just relax and enjoy a moment. At the end of a day enjoy the good local food on offer in local restaurants and pubs. We had such a wonderful stay we have already booked to return in 2027.

  • "This cottage is very special."

    I'm an ex plasterer and appreciate the extra care and effort taken in the renovation of this beautiful house. It is comfortable and so nicely decorated and furnished that you feel instantly at home. The location too is spot on. Not too far up the Warren and literally right on the water. Brilliant showers and kitchen facilities. We will certainly be booking this again next year. Hopefully the weather will be a bit kinder next time.

  • "Harbour View made our Christmas very special and we would definitely return."

    The cottage was beautiful, very cosy, home from home. Attention to detail was on point. The only suggestion to the owners would be to place the kitchen knives in a block for safety as they are all in one drawer with other utensils which we felt was a little dangerous when trying to find a utensil.

  • "Superb. A bit of a walk with luggage, but well worth it to stay right on harbour."

    Beautifully renovated, with quality fittings/bedding etc. Steep internal steps may not suit some, but provided 3 floors of very comfortable accommodation - kitchen/lounge on bottom, bedrooms/study/bathrooms on next 2 floors. Very easy walk to plenty of coffee shops, pubs and eating places. All this and a lovely view from all the rooms onto the harbour and colourful boats. Highly recommended.

  • "A lovely cottage with its toes in the water of the harbour."

    Great views in the daytime and evening across the water. Well equipped and comfortable, with lots of shops, restaurants and a few good pubs nearby. Parking was a 5 minute walk away, so you have to carry all your gear down the hill, but this was expected and not really much of a chore. A nice bottle of wine greeted us upon arrival and was appreciated! We would definitely stay here again.

  • "We spent just under a week, during early September, in this beautiful cottage!"

    What a fabulous location.....we couldn't have asked for more. The interior of the cottage was perfect. To the beautiful decor to the stunning views. Everything we needed was provided for and in excellent condition.....including good WIFI, kitchen utensils, fluffy towels, BBQ and so much more. We also had our four legged friend who loved the adventure! As 4 adults, we would certainly recommend and would love to return.

  • "Harbour View is a beautiful cottage."

    The interior design is spot on, comfortable and chic with little touches of being coastal with being overdone. The beds were so comfortable, I haven’t slept so well in a long time. Kitchen is well equipped with all you will need should you wish to cook, alongside a couple of delightful recipe books. The position is amazing, you can sit and watch the boats coming and going, even if the weather isn’t so good. What a bonus to have a dedicated parking space. We loved staying at Harbour View and would recommend it to anyone.

  • "Very pleased with our stay and would love to return."

    The cottage was in an idyllic setting being literally right next to the harbour. The sea laps the walls as the tide comes in - wonderful. It had heaps of character and clearly had been recently renovated to a very high standard. How lovely that Polperro's heritage is so well preserved and is car-free. The private parking arrangement, just 5 mins walk away, worked very well for us. Overall, genuinely the perfect stay!

  • "Harbour View is a lovely, clean and well located cottage with - as the name suggests - gorgeous views of the harbour."

    The house is clean, well equipped and the owner has clearly put a lot of thought into making it a really comfortable home from home. The parking space is a real bonus as parking in the village is at a premium. Polperro is a beautiful and friendly place to stay with plenty of food options, walks and boat trips. We will miss that ever changing view but look forward to visiting again!

Harbour View is a majestic pet-friendly property in the seaside town of Polperro in Cornwall.

This house is perfect for a family or a group of friends looking for a serene getaway as it has simply amazing harbour views from every room, a wood-burning stove in the open-plan living area and a barbecue in the patio garden.

Step foot into the inviting open-plan living area and plot yourself down on one of the sofas to settle into your new surroundings.

In the kitchen, you have all you need to cook a meal or two with an electric oven and hob, which will entice everyone around the dining table.

Unless the sun is beaming outdoors, put yourself in charge of the barbecue to dish up those traditional summer treats in the garden.

Wash it down with a drink or two on the bistro seating outside as you look out onto the harbour and take in the surrounding beauty that the property is embedded in.

Once the sun goes down, head back inside and warm up by using the wood burning stove.

Find something for everyone to watch on the Smart TV or pick out a film to watch with the DVD player available.

If you sense yourself fading off, call it a night with two double beds and a twin room on offer.

After some rest, start a new day with a rejuvenating shower ahead of more fun.

A shop and a pub are on your doorstep for any essentials or a meal out.

Polperro and nearby Looe on the south coast of Cornwall’s coastline is a renowned tourist area giving visitors a unique holiday area to explore. Polperro is a historic fishing village nestling at the head of a long valley leading down to the sea. The sheltered fishing harbour with its surrounding jumble of quaint, whitewashed cottages, draws visitors from around the world.
