We find No15 has all the facilities we need .

It's very comfortable with loads of space for us . It's very clean and well looked after . Lovely views with the riverfront and shops etc on your doorstep . We have stayed here 4 times and would like to think we could make it 5 in 2027 .

Lovely apartment, we have stayed there previously a few times and always appreciated it.

We tend to dine out, there are many places to do so in Dartmouth but if preferred, all the kit is there to cook and eat in. The apartment is very comfortable and the main bedroom is spacious with a lovely large bed. The underground parking is great and a real bonus. We hope to return again !

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable with everything you would need.

The view is lovely and so nice to sit with the doors open looking out over the river to Kingswear. Great having underground parking away from the seagulls, in fact between the ferry service, local buses and the steam train we didn’t use our car all week. All you could need to be found within very close proximity, excellent holiday.

This was our 3rd visit to 15 Dartmouth House.

A well placed apartment, undercover allocated parking an absolute boon re seagulls and costs. New shower a great improvement. New toilet in ensuite not flushing and not usuable, so told the office what the problem is and left it with them. Good range of self catering items, lift to ground floor exit and basement parking level and plenty of shops, bus stops and boat trips within easy walking distance.

A beautiful apartment, very comfortable with everything we needed and great views.

A couple of very minor things due to general wear and tear could do with fixing. The bolt on one of double doors leading into lounge/kitchen is now missing , and the oven gloves seem to have vanished!

It is a comfortable and spacious property.

It is very well equipped and has lovely views . We notice that it takes quite a long time for issues raised by occupants to be seen too e.g shower . We didn't use the oven on the cooker , just the microwave , which we feel could do with updating . We have stayed in no.15 3 times now and have been very happy there , we were looking at a 4th holiday next year . It is disappointing to find that it looks like the cost is going to rise by £300 - 400 a week , for what reason ? We are pensioners and find £1500 a week very difficult to make sense of .

Fabulous location to explore the area.

Two National Trust properties to visit on " the other side " Greenway and Coleton Fishacre. We always choose a holiday let by having parking, washing machine, view, easy access to choices of pubs and places to eat. Such a spacious apartment and yet cosy. We were lucky with the weather as it wasn't too hot. I think if it had been a scorching week it may have been rather warm in the apartment, however, I noted that a fan was provided. Double French doors open wide to allow seating to enjoy the fresh air. Everything we needed and Coast & Country sorted out the WiFi for us as supplier had changed. Very efficient. Thank you to the owners for sharing their wonderful home. Will definitely book again should we return to Dartmouth. Exceeded our expectations.

Overall one of the best holiday accommodation we have had.

Layout, location, facilities and views from the property all excellent. Settees not as comfortable as my home recliner but OK for the time we were there. The secure parking was a major bonus given the general availability of parking in the town. Having a M&S food hall and the George and Dragon pub/restaurant almost next door also a major convenience. Weather was excellent so plenty of time outside viewing and visiting other places. Stroll beside railway, crossing by top and bottom ferries provided a different viewpoint.

Apartment was overall lovely, warm and cosy.

We really enjoyed our week and will be very happy to stay there again. A couple of things which is due to general wear and tear, there has been a historical radiator leak in bathroom resulting in stained radiator and very rusty pipe at the bottom of radiator. The bolt on one of double doors leading into lounge/kitchen does not engage when try to lock in place. I verbally advised Coast & Country about radiator issue. Many thanks.

Another fabulous holiday at 15 Dartmouth House, although the weather wasn’t kind it wasn’t a problem.

The apartment was warm and comfortable and we appreciated the new shower in the en suite, a real improvement. There was one thing that we missed - somewhere to hang our coats! Coming in with very wet coats, it would be really helpful to have some hooks in the hallway. Much as we like the paintings perhaps it would be useful to replace the one behind the door with some coat hooks? We were also surprised at the very strong paint smell in the corridors. When we visited in October there was some maintenance and updating happening but surely the paint smell should have gone by now. Obviously this is not a reflection on the apartment, more a comment in general. However, as always, a lovely holiday in our favourite place. We’ve been visiting Dartmouth for 30+ years and still love it as much as we did the first time.

We had a superb time staying at Dartmouth House, the property was immaculate throughout and very well equipped, great location and very close to all amenities, the garage is an added bonus.

Our second stay at this very nice apartment so conveniently situated near the centre of the town and has the benefit of secure private parking.

We really liked the apartment, being down on the level with the town, and having secure parking.

It is very comfortable and well equipped, as well as spacious. My only slightly negative points are, the low water pressure (which I assume is what it is for the area), and as reported when I handed back the keys, a couple of issues with the en-suite shower. The riser rail for the shower head is loose at the bottom, and I think the shower head and hose should be replaced. In addition, one of the shower doors has a tendency to come away from its track at the bottom. That said, we would be happy to book this apartment again, if we come to Dartmouth.

Good views and quite comfortable . Maybe the 3 piece suite could be put on special risers as we found it a bit low . Also maybe a choice of pillows soft , medium , firm . The beds themselves we found were very comfortable .

We had a wonderful stay in this fabulous apartment.

Our only gripe was the fair which arrived at the beginning of the week. We knew it was Regatta week, and did see a small addition to the listing which said the fair was on the carpark opposite. However we did not realise that it would be literally the first thing we saw from the windows! The noise and general disturbance was horrendous and we ended up spending each day and most of the evening elsewhere - not at all what we’d planned. So we won’t be visiting in Regatta week again. However the apartment was clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we could need. Perhaps the larger sofa could do with changing, but the other one was fine. The underground parking is a huge bonus, pity the shutter was broken but apparently the work is due to be done. Definitely the biggest apartment we’ve stayed in at Dartmouth House, and one we’d stay in again - just not during Regatta week!

Great place to stay right in the center of Dartmouth.

Our third time here and we will be back again. Easy access to the surrounding area which is stunning and the luxury of carparking in the basement makes for no worry trips out. We love it here whatever time of year.

The location is superb and the on sight parking priceless.

The bed is very comfortable but the pillows are very stained and need replacing. The rooms are light and airy. Bathroom facilities adequate but dated. The art work is a plus, a very talented artist. The lounge is roomy with good views of the river. However, the sofas are very tired and in need of either replacing or at least re-covering and a deep clean. The carpets also would benefit from a deep clean. The table mats were completely worn out, very shabby and need throwing out and replacing. The left hand double glazed window in the lounge is blown and needs replacing. TLC is required to make this apartment not only good but superb.

Underground parking with a lift was a big bonus, but I would like to say that if you need a wheel chair, which unfortunately I did during our stay, the only way in and out of the property if you are not driving out is down steps to the street or up/down the slope from the car park, which is not a problem if the person pushing is strong!! Thankfully I managed the steps so it wasn't too much of a problem to go into town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, despite the weather, and would definitely stay in the apartment again and would highly recommend it. I would like to say, as mentioned in previous comments, the shower water is hot but not a problem if you leave it a couple of minutes to run through. Also, a pair of oven gloves would have been useful.

I am dosappointed to say that I am not convinced the rating of 4 ticks accurately reflects the standard of 15 Dartmouth House.

Whilst the property is spacious and in a very good position, it needs some investment and TLC. For example, I was unable to use the controls in the en-suite shower and we avoided using the shower in the bathroom because the walls are not tiled and would have been damaged by water splash. The window in the left-hand balcony door has ‘blown’ and needs to be replaced. It was also very disappointing not to have the means of recycling any of our rubbish. The ‘Information booklet’ is inaccurate in places and the staff in the local office were not particularly helpful in resolving the minor problem we raised. None of the issues mentioned above ruined our holiday but they did reduce our enjoyment of an apartment we have previously been happy in.

Lovely appartment brilliantly position with lovely views, recently updated furniture and TV excellent car parking big bonus.

Small problem with water ( Very hot Steaming) which after Christmas C&C were sorting out once we'd convinced them something was wrong as they said no one had complained before. Even so can't wait to book again.

This was our third stay - hence very happy.

Unfortunately it will have to be our last visit; my wife has been in a wheelchair for some time and is gradually, through the vicissitudes of MS, gradually becoming less able in her movements and this year, as I now need to do everything (and have my own probs), I found it a particularly tiring visit. So sad as we love the flat and its position but we now definitely need somewhere with some disabled facilities.

It is extremely well equipped with everything you could need for your holiday. The sofas and beds are really comfortable and the apartment was lovely and warm for our Autumn break. Having private parking is so useful in Dartmouth. We loved to sit and watch the world go by and look out across the river to Kingswear. We would highly recommended number 15 and are already looking forward to a return visit.

Very good position within Dartmouth, parking excellent.

Not the cleanest place we've ever stayed in, plenty of dust on tile edges and switch/socket tops etc. It was rather unfortunate that mid week we experienced a drain smell from the en suite bathroom but this smell appeared when the road drains were being pumped out. Would definitely return to this property. Thank you.

This property is excellent, spacious, bright and well equiped.

Bedding and towels were of good quality. The only minor comment is that the shower is rather small.

Lovely apartment and ideally situated, we will hopefully return in the future.

The basement garage is a blessing in Dartmouth. In an ideal world the shower would be larger, there is the alternative over the bath one though, for a week or two stay I don’t think it’s too much of a problem. Thankyou for allowing us to share your apartment now and again.

Great position. Needs maintenance. I gather sofas being re covered. Very uncomfortable and saggy. Shower in ensuite TINY!! Anyone bigger than us would not be able to use it. Fan in ensuite not working. Kitchen well equipped. Lovely artwork on walls.

A delightful spacious, comfortable and well equipped flat that is well positioned in the centre of Dartmouth.

Apartment was light and airy and looked very comfortable, but the sofas were/are uncomfortable and fraying on the edges.

The beds were excellent & comfortable, the linen and the towels were first rate. The sofas when I plumped up the cushions had not been vacuumed for some time, and they have a sweaty smell to them, they need a deep clean. It would be a good idea to also mention in the description on the web site, that there is no level direct access to the street, if you can't do stairs, you have to use the garage entrance, ok if you've got an electric wheelchair, but because of the slope, could be an issue. (we didn't know about this issue until we received our final paper work) We had problem on one afternoon, when a large picture fell off the wall, in the bedroom. This cracked the frame (the glass did not break) and fell on top of the plug socket, pulling it away from the wall. I went to the office in Dartmouth and told the staff there what had happened, they made a note for someone to check it on changeover day. The picture was at least 3foot square, and quite heavy, the hook it was on was not suitable, and the picture had not been secured correctly. The artwork in the apartment was great, it was a shame to see it being treated like this, it may be worth checking all of them, so this doesn't happen again. Not everyone uses a dishwasher, and it would be nice to have washing up liquid, scrubber and dishcloth, as an alternative. I also had to scrub the top of the gas plates, on the hob, they had not been done for a while. Another 1 or 2 oven trays would be good to replace the ones which have seen better days. Plenty of crockery/utensils. The lounge could do with a standard lamp to go between the two sofas, as even with the kitchen lights on and the small lamp, it's not right for reading. The wall lights were too bright.

This is the 4th time staying in this apartment.

The location is great, and the private car parking space is an added bonus. The only criticism is that the sofas are becoming more worn and uncomfortable.

Great flat, but could you please give consideration to upgrading the shower It is so small and the mixer for water temperature has a mind of its own.

Our priority is a safe car parking space for our beloved Landrover, this property is perfect.

The flat is a great size, great views, very comfortable and with easy access to all Dartmouth has to offer.

A great flat with a great view, spacious and comfortable.

It's not set up for disabled which we knew - hence the 4's" " for comfort and facilities. However I repeat from previous, that the bathrooms really could do with shelves beside the wash basins for all the bits and pieces one takes. Cooking facilities etc excellent; we found the bed very comfortable (they can make or break a holiday we have found!) For us, just a shame that there are no "grab rails" but we will definitely go again.

A fantastic apartment.

Extremely well equipped. Comfortable, warm and spacious. Private parking was excellent. The cleanliness was exceptional. Could not fault it at all. The staff at the Coast & Country office in Dartmouth were really friendly and helpful. We have already booked again for next year.

Unusual step up into the shower .

My wife has 2 slipped discs but managed by being careful . She loved the fact she could look at the view with a glass of wine in her hand ( several times ) . We highly recommend the apartment and will look to book again in the future .

Really lovely, clean and spacious apartment, we had a great time there.

It was was Regatta Week, so very busy in Dartmouth, the underground parking on site was a definite bonus. We are booked in again next year.

A couple of towel rails would have been useful in the bathrooms.

Lovely flat in a lovely location.

Oven gloves would be useful and some door stops for the balcony doors. Guests shouldn't be expected to strip beds before leaving.

As good as ever. Pleased to see apt is starting to get some refurbishment. New beds much better. Upgrade of sofas in need. Apt was well equipped, very quiet and heating exceedingly efficient. Lovely view and m&s virtually next door. My kind of holiday!

Very nice accommodation great position for the town & river, Great advantage is the underground parking.

The property was more spacious than we expected.

The cleaners had done an excellent job as the apartment was spotless. The situation of the property is very good being in the centre of Dartmouth and the lovely views are an added bonus as is the underground parking space. There was everything we needed in the apartment and more. We enjoyed a goodnight's sleep as the bed in the main bedroom we found to be very comfortable. All in all an excellent stay and we would have no hesitation in returning.

15 Dartmouth House A wonderful large flat with plenty of room especially welcome as my wife is in a wheelchair, and with really good views of the river.

Lovely to have good quality cutlery and crockery. To make it 100% (for me) it would be good to have towel rails in the bathrooms to hold both towels and a shelf under/with each bathroom mirror to hold the small toiletries and a mug (plastic) for toothbrush etc. Just these small things would be so useful. We only used the main bedroom and found the pillows and mattress uncomfortable; the mattress especially was so soft on the edges that my wife was in danger of falling off when getting on and when getting up in the morning. Sittingroom furniture (especially the table ) excellent. We loved the Juliet window and being able to sit there watching the world go by. As I say, 98 out of 100%

Fantastic location lovely view from the opening doors, very spacious apartment and very well equipped, very handy to have own parking space .

Only issue is beds need new mattress very uncomfortable and would be nice to have a mirror near a plug socket.Would highly recommend to stay here.

Booked at short notice.

On line ,accommodation looked very good. On arriving it met with what we had seen on line. The views from the apartment are great, car parking for the car, a relief, as we know from past experience, can be difficult to park in Dartmouth. The apartment itself just like home from home. Comfortable and every thing you would need to hand.

I did not like ringing the Dartmouth number and ending up talking to someone in another part of the country - nice man, but not local.

This is early days since Sykes took over, and it was clear that the Dartmouth office was in a state of flux. Having used C&C for a number of years and built up a loyalty bonus and trust in the Dartmouth staff, I now feel discarded. I will certainly consider other Dartmouth agencies in the future. The holiday apartment was well appointed and wonderfully positioned in Dartmouth. Our only problem were the beds, which were hard. Some people will love that, but it is a medical problem for me. I carry a mattress topper which usually does the trick, but not on these mattresses.

Perfect location with one of the guests having mobility issues. A few steps one way and you are at the river, the other and you are in town. All on the flat. View from Apt is excellent. All this with an added bonus of guaranteed parking. Looking forward to next visit.

2nd floor apartment. Very easy to reach via lift from basement garage. Ideal for people with mobility problems. Apartment very clean and tidy. I found the bed uncomfortable (too hard) but husband loved it so it is a personal thing. The en suite could do with an update but is perfectly clean and functional. Overall a lovely stay and look forward to staying there again in the future.

A lovely spacious apartment very comfortable and in excellent order, with the added bonus of secure parking and river views. The owners have really catered for providing a welcoming home from home atmosphere which we greatly appreciated.

Generally good flat. Others have flagged up the hard mattress which I would agree with. No Wifi I believe you are dealing with - very important these days. Otherwise very good. Particularly like the simple controls on the kitchen appliances - last thing you want are brain teasers after a long drive!! Comfortable lounge. All your owners should be encouraged to spend a few nights in these places which would flag up to them anything which would make a difference to visitors experience.

A lovely light apartment, with views of the river dart from both bedrooms & sitting room. It was very clean throughout, & it had all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. However, I must say that the shower was extremely small, impossible to retrieve anything if you dropped it! As I have trouble getting in & out of a bath, I had no option but to use the shower. I found the apartment extremely hot, even in April, & with the radiators turned off. I needed to have the double doors open all night, there must be very good insulation, I would not be happy if there was a heatwave! I found the mattress very hard, as I am troubled with joint pain. However, this is a point that I would think important to take note of in a review for potential customers. Overall, I would recommend this property, with the proviso that notice be taken of my concerns re the above points

This apartment was lovely - very well equipped and in an excellent location.

A lovely well appointed, light and airy, high quality, tastefully decorated apartment. An excellent position for the embankment and town. Surprisingly no wifi which was a drawback for us - the only downside.

A very comfortable property with almost everything you need. The only detail missing is that there is nowhere to hang wet towels - No towel rails.

This apartment is new to the market and has been prepared to suit all tastes.Clean, comfortable, light and bright with excellent views.We found the bed a bit hard for our taste and feel it would benefit from a topper to take the edge off.However we have already booked for next year so that speaks for itself.
