  • "This apartment is so much more stunning than the photos suggest."

    The two walls of windows in the lounge provide a panoramic view of the river from noss at one end to the castle at the other. You even get a view from the loo and the Bath. It’s close enough to town to enjoy everything that’s on offer but without the incessant seagull noise that you get in the centre of town because of the proximity of all the food in the restaurants. Underground parking is a real bonus in a town where parking is so limited. A specification of everything is very high except the patio furniture which is not very comfortable even the new chairs and it’s a shame there’s no small table for eating on the patio. We did struggle with the Glass coffee table and side tables which are easily missed and therefore walked into both of us injured our legs on the first day and put towels on the top of these tables so that they were more visible. Best of all were coast and country who helped us find this gem of a place and helped us with our luggage moving in and out of the previous property as well as this one due to health issues.

  • "Wow! An amazing accommodation with a fantastic view."

    Cannot recommend this property enough. It is very high spec in all areas ,facilities ,comfort and space to just name a few Only a 5 minute stroll to the restaurants and shops ,its just perfect. We will definitely return.

Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town.
