  • "We enjoyed our stay at Inny Brook Cottage, everything we needed."

Having a larger garden for three dogs was great. Very central for places to visit, which we did a lot of and was lovely to come back to the cottage each time. Was lovely to sit in the garden and relax listening to the nearby River Inny and birdsong.

Thank you for your lovely feedback Denise. Great to hear that you and your dogs enjoyed the garden. We hope to welcome you back one day. Property Owner

Beautiful, comfortable and exactly what you want for a relaxing getaway, I have stayed down this part of Cornwall for over 10 years and having been looking for a property to suit our needs and this property is ideally located and quiet and I have already booked to stay back next year, if I had any comment I would say needs a dishwasher but space in kitchen may not support one, but not an issue to wash up

Thank you so much for your comments Mark and thank you for booking again next year; we look forward to welcoming you back! Not sure we could squeeze a dishwasher in, sadly. Property Owner

Location was quiet and peaceful within a few miles of stunning coastlines and beautiful ports. The cottage easily accommodated myself and hubby and our year old spaniel, with towels wash facilities and treats for your dog. The kitchen had everything you needed..we like to cook even on holiday! The garden was secluded and safe for our dog and the stream was so close the constant sound of water made our stay idyllic and tranquil.

Terence was so helpful and friendly before we even arrived. We really appreciated the treats left for us and the dog. The property is cosy and has everything you need for a trip away as a couple. I loved the quiet location next to the stream. Fantastic location for discovering North Cornwall. 10/10.

And it was lovely having the stream just outside the kitchen - perfect for wildlife watching. The cottage was in easy reach of lots of interesting places in North Cornwall.

Thank you for your lovely review Emily and we are so pleased you had a great stay. I wonder what wildlife you saw? We are here this week and have seen deer, squirrels and a wide variety of birds from the back garden. We hope to welcome you back. Property Owner

  • "A Cosy cottage in a secluded and quiet setting."

Has a lot of amenities and is very dog friendly. A lovely welcome when we arrived to find a welcome basket for the dog including treats and towels, but also a welcome for us in the form of a Cornish cream tea, bottle of wine, biscuits, Fiji water and bathroom essentials. Nice cosy decorative log fireplace and fleece blankets kept us warm and snug even during storm Ciarán. Terence was very thoughtful in checking all was ok and made a visit to provide us with emergency lights in case we lost power during the storm. He also gave us some excellent recommendations for local places and restaurants to eat. Cottage is in excellent location for visiting north Cornwall / Devon and even in the autumnal weather we still managed to do most of what we intended.

Thank you for your lovely, positive feedback Mark and we are really pleased that you had a warm and cosy stay, despite the storm. We hope to welcome you back. Property Owner

  • "This is a fantastic cottage, every comfort made by the very careful owners and maintainer."

However, dealing with Sykes ( owners of Cornish Cottage Holidays) is a big NO-NO!

Thank you Anthony for your review and comments on the comfort of the cottage and how much you enjoyed your stay. Sadly you had an admin issue prior to arrival with Sykes, which has down graded our rating. Our primary booking agent is Cornish Cottage Holidays and we highly recommend booking with them directly as their services are outstanding, being a local, friendly office and with their support Inny Brook Cottage has excelled over the last four years and achieved a consistent five star rating. • "Absolutely fantastic!"

Everything is how it is on the photos and the garden is fully enclosed. Terence was fabulous, on hand if we needed anything and so helpful. Not only is the property beautiful but the area is also perfect for us and our two pooches. Lovely and quiet but only a 10 minute drive to the shops and a short drive away to the reservoir to take the dogs for a good walk. The four of us have never been so relaxed. It was just what we needed and one week was definitely not enough. We can’t wait to come back!

We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay Natalie and that you all had such a relaxing break. Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We look forward to welcoming you and your pooches back. Property Owner

  • "Absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful, peaceful cottage."

Terence was amazing from the start. He provided lots of recommendations for us and was extremely friendly and helpful. On arriving at the cottage we were welcomed to beautiful music playing and the fire on which was a beautiful, thoughtful touch. There was a cream tea and milk in the fridge for us as well which we hugely appreciated and was another lovely touch. There was even a little basket in the hallway with towels and treats for our fur baby. The cottage itself was absolutely beautiful and had everything you could possibly need and more. We thoroughly enjoyed every second we spent in this little peace of heaven and cannot wait to come back next year. Thank you so so much Terence. You are an absolute diamond xx

  • "PERFECT WELCOME…."

PERFECT STAY! The owners/ management of this property have really considered their guests….good communication from Terence, the manager, spotlessly clean throughout ,comfy furniture, warm and inviting. Well kept gardens and site…a perfect base close to many beautiful areas..from quiet, peaceful areas to the hustle and bustle of Port Isaac, Padstow and Tintagel. The nearby RAF and Cornwall war museums are a must…very informative. If you need a break with peace and quiet, in fairly close proximity to amenities..this is the place to stay. Plenty of places for dog walking…the old Davidstow airport is a must for walking( through gates) where your dogs are safe to wander off their leads. I cannot praise the management/ owners enough and had a fantastic week. Thank you. Elizabeth.

Thank you so much for your amazing feedback Elizabeth, we as the owners and Terence who does a brilliant job managing the cottage, really appreciate it. We are so pleased you found Inny Brook Cottage so comfortable and it sounds like you made the most of the surrounding area, which has so much to offer.
