Lovely cosy chalet in very friendly welcoming setting.

Lovely finishing touches and all details thought of. Very helpful host and we loved the quirky art work on the walls.

Another enjoyable break having stayed at this owners other property next door last year.

Clean, tidy property well maintained. Conveniently situated for Dawlish Warren. We had milk, biscuits and beverages as a welcome. Dog friendly with dog bowls etc provided.

Lovely location.

Easy walk to Warren and coast. Warm well equipped. Shower a bit cool and not much power. Wine and chocs on arrival which was a lovely touch. Thoughtfully presented with dog bowls and games etc.

It was lovely and clean all the facilities were there on the holiday park and it was easy to get to other places.

The only thing was that I couldn't get the WiFi to work but otherwise it was excellent,

Fantastic property clean and perfect for families, already booked for next year as we really like the chalet , this will be our 3rd visit to same property, it has all you need for a great family holiday , you can park your car up and not use it until it’s time to go back home, rail travel is cheap and close by , you can visit so many places.

I would definitely recommend.

Our stay at dolphin was just perfect, very clean and lovely and warm.

the kitchen was great with everything you could possibly need, plus loads of extras washing up liquid, loo and kitchen roll lots of towels extra blankets for the colder nights. We really want to thank Giles for letting us enter early as in the colder months is a real bonus. we will be booking again. also thanks for the goodie tray.

Lovely chalet in a good location on a pleasant site.

Totally exceeded expectations. Clean and had all we needed for a great stay. I can imagine it would be a squeeze with six people but as there was only three of us it was more than adequate. The message to say it was ready to get into early than the stated time was a real bonus and I wish more places did that. Definitely book Dolphin Chalet again. Thank you.

Excellent property, great layout , very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Chalet was very well equipped tea towels and washing up liquid and bin bags were provided.

I just wished the towels provided were bigger. and the hospitality tray and the milk was a lovely thought. The chalet is well placed near the swimming pool, club house and children’s playground. This does mean however in the double bedroom you can hear the entertainment at night. The chalet was very clean but did smell badly of dog downstairs, I think it was the carpet. Lesson learned though don’t stay in accommodation that accepts dogs unless you have one yourself.

Dolphin Chalet was clean, tidy and fully equipped and everything was there.

It was perfect for our stay. The welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, etc was very much appreciated. We would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

From entering the site, it was immaculate, the ground staff did a great job and the site was very professional but family friendly.

The chalet was also immaculate, great work by the cleaning staff. It was a home away from home and had everything you could need, down to the smallest of items, the pint of milk and mince pies was a lovely touch. It came across as a multi million pound business but run by a family. It matched everything places like travellodge and premier Inn have to offer but with much more. The personal touches made the holiday so much nicer, even down to emails from a real person with a mobile phone number. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area and myself and my wife want to say a personal thankyou for making our holiday awesome. We look forward to many more years of visits.

The chalet was as described, clean, well maintained, well equipped.

The location was good for beach access and other facilities available in the holiday park. One disappointment was the holiday parks discrimination against the 'private' owners, insofar private residents were prevented from accessing the clubhouse until after 21:00. with four children, aged five to thirteen, this was a inconvenience.

Beautiful chalet spotlessly clean.

Maintained to a very high standard. Very spacious and luxurious.loved the you leave everything you need in your chalet where else where there’s nothing in other chalets. I would go so to say best I’ve ever stayed in. I cannot thank you enough.

Giles and his team have a well maintained and clean home We enjoyed the stay and our grandchildren were safe and liked the cottage.

The kitchen area was ideal for us with four children under 11. Storage is at a premium upstairs and our double room was very cramped. Our double bed had a small duvet that made things a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom could do with more shelves etc We were disappointed that we were banded from the children’s entertainment. The reason the resort told us was because this was a private hire

Lovely location but for a dog friendly chalet it would be great if there was an enclosed space for dogs to run around outside.

Chalet was very welcoming with tea, coffee and milk on arrival, fresh towels were also provided. A short walk to the beach and dogs are allowed in specific areas. Will definitely book again.

Dolphin Chalet, Dawlish Warren The chalet was impeccably clean and tidy and well laid out and brilliantly supplied.

Site pool was great and very reasonably priced. Fabulously positioned whether walking or driving to beach. The Silly Goose very accommodating for breakfast and evening meal, good menu and good prices. We had a lovely weekend - Thank you.

The chalet was really well equipped and spotlessly clean.

Great base for trips out around South Devon & Dartmoor. Would highly recommend; and we will be returning at some point for another break.

Found chalet spotless on arrival, a little welcome pack left for us which meant a nice cuppa and biscuit after a long journey, everything needed was in the chalet and is in an ideal location for exploring the area.

Beach, train station and pubs just a short walk away.

The most important thing for me is cleanliness and this property was spotless.

We had a great holiday!

When I booked I asked for a single bed and the double bed to be made up as my friend and 1 do not sleep together this was not done and I had to get the owner to come from his home some 10 miles away to make up the single bed in the 2nd bedroom.

I also asked about the club on the site which is near the chalet and was told it closed at 11 pm this did not happen every night the music etc went on till midnight and by the time the guests left and went back to their accommodation it resulted in us going a whole week with no proper sleep till 1 am.. I have complained and am awaiting a call from Anna. The chalet itself was spotless and well equipped the only thing wrong with the holiday was Sykes giving me wrong information about the club and not telling the owner about my request for a single bed to be made up as well as the double bed.

There was no dvd player but that didn't really matter to us.

The chalet was spotlessly clean.

Was even better in person than on the web. Very spacious for the 5 of us. Well equipped. The park was clean, pleasantly decorated and quiet at night.
