Nothing was too much trouble for the owners, Sue and Andy, who made us feel very welcome. We particularly loved the fact that you could explore much of the area without using the car as the beach is so close, there are lots of lovely walks and the coastal train service is amazing. Thanks… we’ve had an amazing holiday !

The only negative is that it should be mentioned on your web site should note that for anyone with walking difficulties the accommodation may not be suitable as it is a steep incline from Dawlish.

Dawlish, a pleasant small town with most essential shops is a 15 minute walk away, Sainsbury’s supermarket is just a short drive situated on the edge of town.
