Great place to stay WiFi was poor though

All very neat and clean.

Well equipped kitchen and everything was in good condition.

Firstly when we entered the accommodation it needed hoovering throughout.

The shower in the double room downstairs the drain was blocked with hair etc. We unblocked that, the drain outside where the washing machine water comes out was also blocked and water would go all over the patio. The shower in the upstairs bedroom had not been cleaned. Throughout the accommodation there were dead flies. The windowsills were dirty and covered in them. I messaged one of the contacts after we left only to be told they no longer worked for Muddy Udders. They forwarded the message to the owner and I received a curt message asking what the issues were despite my original message being forwarded to them. I resent the message again to the owner but have yet to receive a response. These issues may seem small to others, however we have one holiday a year and I do expect the accommodation to be of a certain standard in regards to cleanliness.

The cottage was very comfortable and generally pretty well equipped.

Decorating and furnishing were very nice. Private, secure garden and lots of room for parking. Really enjoyed staying here as it was a lovely location, would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Muddy Udders, it was a lovely base to explore from.

The views were lovely and getting to see the barn owls fly over the garden was really special. There is so much space here and it felt like such a welcoming space. The garden is enclosed, but not secure, and our dog really enjoyed sniffing in the garden.

Lovely place.

No electric rad in bedroom upstairs we could find. But none the less would stay again. Master bedroom downstairs large with TV. All bedrooms had ensuit. 9

Lovely weeks break away.

Lovely property, stunning local and so so quiet. Just what we needed. Highly recommended.

Shower mats for showers, bath had problem water drain out while in bath.

More information on how to work the gadgets in the place and also it would be helpful a guest book so we can recommend places to visit and eat out.

Very nice place to stay.

The layout was very good and the views were great. Far enough out of the way for peace and quiet but close enough for all the ammeties you need. Very little traffic in the surrounding area so a pleasure when driving. There is nothing I could fault about it, but just be aware if you are on the tall side. We had a very relaxing break, just what we wanted.

The barn is in a beautiful, peaceful and rural setting.

Overall the property is well set up for guests, but could do with a few basic items, such as a clothes airer, especially as there is a washing machine, even though there is a clothes line, plus a long handled broom and dustpan and brush. The plug in the downstairs en suite basin needs replacing, but the caretaker managed to unlock it so it was usable. We couldn't find an iron although there was an ironing board.

Muddy Udders is a lovely conversion in a really peaceful and quiet village. The scenery is great! Also a fantastic host who went out of his way to make us comfortable whenever we contacted him.

We felt very comfortable.

Plenty of space inside the dairy conversion and plenty of space in the garden as well. One very small thought - we could of course have brought a radio along with us (did not think to do so) but a nice touch if possible would be a small radio in the kitchen - as we say a very small point but we are sure many guests would like that :)
