  • "Thank you Sally and Malcolm for a lovely stay, The Christmas decorations and the festive treats were much appreciated."

The cottage was perfect for our Christmas getaway. We would highly recommend the accommodation, and hope to return later in the year. The cottage was very well equipped, with comfortable seating and beds, and very dog friendly. There were great walks on the doorstep. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and we were made to feel very welcome

Everything you need, and more space than we were expecting. In a great spot for walks from the door or driving to somewhere a bit further away.

  • "We had such a wonderful stay at Two Shoes Cottage and Sally and Malcolm are the most wonderful hosts."

The cottage had amazing character and the views from the room upstairs were stunning. We have recommended both cottages to everyone we know (we stay at Nuthatch to start with). It is really heartwarming to know holiday rentals like this exist. Thank you so much Sally and Malcolm and your gorgeous dogs :)

  • "We had a great stay in this lovely cottage and were warmly welcomed with cake after a late arrival."

It is even more spacious and comfortable than expected and had everything we needed. So close to the moor and several walking routes from the doorstep. Amazing views and sunsets from the top room. Our Dachshund loved the garden which was secure enough and appreciated the extra throws provided to protect the sofa. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable.
