Thank you for another perfect stay at this beautiful and clean apartment.

We will definitely return. Lovely to be able to leave the car parked up and wander down to Dartmouth or catch the castle ferry 5 minutes walk away. So much to do. Josie and Paul

Ken and I loved our week at 9 The Pottery.

Having a parking space in Dartmouth is a rarity and we really appreciated being able to park so close to our flat. We were very happy to leave the car parked and walk into town or along the path to the castle or the beaches. The flat was welcoming, comfortable and clean. Everything we needed for the week was provided...with the unexpected, but very welcome, extras of milk, wine, fudge and flowers. The owners' guide was clear and informative. We will happily stay at number 9 next time we visit this beautiful area.

We love this property.

This was our third time visiting and we have booked already for next year. The welcome bottle of wine is a nice touch. The whole property was spotless clean and is extremely well equipped with everything you could need. My one and only small quibble is that the sofa is on the low side and would benefit from an upgrade.

A very well appointed apartment in a quiet location; would come back.

Car parking space is definitely a bonus. Everything was provided and fresh flowers and wine were a welcome and appreciated addition.

We had a problem with the key box as it is set high and we had difficulty putting in the numbers,also the mirrors in the bath room were very high.

On the whole though we loved the apartment and had a wonderful time. Thank you

Lovely appartment and in a great position for exploring the Dartmouth area.

We were very impressed with the standard of the fittings and furnishings and how modern the apartment was.

We would definitely stay there again if holidaying in Dartmouth. It was only a short walk into the town and it was nice to enjoy the views along the way.

Great property, just one thing the sitting room furniture is just to low.

I'm 6 2 and getting less flexible and found the sitting room seating far to low. Great place to stay, had a lovely break

a lovely apartment, convenient with the onsite parking, quiet and comfy.

We love Dartmouth enjoying a break there most years and have stayed in nice places but this was one of the best!

So well equipped, clean and comfortable. We liked everything about it. Wine and flowers were lovely touches, thank you.

Light & modern furniture enhanced the apartment, in the well restored building.

Parking included was a must for us, the allocated spot was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed apart from a brolly. Our fault for forgetting one I know. It is a beautiful walk into town with lovely views. Being able to check in from 3 o’clock was great. Maybe an option for a paid basic food pack for arrival could be considered for bread, orange juice, butter.

First time staying at 9 the Pottery and it will certainly not be the last.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks.

It was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We hardly used the car there are so many walks nearby. The walk into town is approximately 10 minutes. We would definitely recommend the apartment and will return. Many thanks Pauline and Ray.

There was everything you needed at the apartment. The location is good, a 10-15 minute stroll into Dartmouth, lovely views along the way. Dartmouth is beautiful with lots of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Would highly recommend the property, one of the best we have stayed in. Thank you, we had a fabulous week away.

Everything was there to make our stay relaxing. Facilities were super. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Appreciated the parking greatly. We would definitely recommend to friends and family. A return trip to Dartmouth in the future will be influenced by the availability of 9 The Pottery!

A really fantastic apartment which had an amazing wow factor that never went away.

Apartment was spacious, well equipped and furnished really nicely, had everything we could ask for Location was fab, River Dart on our doorstep, Dartmouth Castle a very short walk away and we did the walk into town a few times. We all had a lovely holiday which this apartment added to, thank you for sharing your property with us.

We’ve just returned from a week at this property.

It is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. We really couldn’t fault it and would definitely come again. We could easily walk into the town or out to the castle. Would recommend a visit to Coleton Fishacre just a short drive after crossing on the ferry. Beautiful house and acres of gardens to explore. Just one tiny thing - a few pasta bowls would have been very useful!

The apartment is in a fantastic location!

A short walk into the town, and the ferry ports. The addition of a parking space is fantastic and we even managed to park our second car on the hill each day with no issue. The apartment has all the facilities you could need if you wanted to cook while there, we did a few times so our baby could sleep in his cot. Bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms are good, trying to get the temperature of the bath was the only issue we had but that was totally user error haha! We had a small issue with the heated towel rails not turning off but after emailing the hosts they shorted it within minutes! What more could you ask for! Would 100% stay again.

We have had many holidays in Dartmouth.

(since late 70’s) sharing it with now our third generation, we highly recommend The pottery, it was our second stay there over past 3 years on different levels ,there are stairs to think about but you get used to climbing in Devon, we like the idea of not having to drive to town,( it’s a short & scenic walk), or you can use the lovely ferry, up the road near The Castle, if you like photography & walks, this is the place.

9 The Pottery, Dartmouth is a wonderful,comfortable and luxurious apartment in a lovely peaceful setting just minutes from Dartmouth We have had a super holiday there and hope to return soon

Of all the holiday lets we have stayed in this one has been by far the best! Absolutely beautiful apartment. Great location with the added bonus of parking! Apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and huge! Great location as only a very short walk into Dartmouth centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend The Pottery.

Parking space a great bonus. A little attention to cleaning in main bathroom (ie under toilet. ) If we return to Dartmouth we would book again. Thanks for the cider , bread, butter and milk.

Superb setting and property.

Helped by the excellent weather (for February). Dartmouth has always been a favourite location for us but usually school holiday time! The apartment had everything you could need. The little extras you often don’t find made it that much better. Already planning our next trip!

We had a fabulous stay here,the apartment was very comfortable and warm during a cold spell in Dartmouth.

The little touches left by the owner were lovely and welcoming,this apartment is definitely luxurious, so we will be returning again!!

The Pottery is a wonderful development which we have stayed at previously.

Great position and great parking. No 9 is a beautiful and contemporary apartment (Think Show Home + standard!!). It is spotless clean and is fitted with absolutely everything you will need. The attention to detail by the owner in this place is really incredible. The welcome pack was not expected but a really nice touch. Would go back in an instant.

It is a fantastic apartment, spacious yet cozy. The apartment is furnished lovely and is spotlessly clean.

Thank you for extras eg. Milk, bread and drinks, toiletries. Easy parking, access and great location. We could carry SUP boards into creek and lovely walks straight from the door. Would highly recommend and come again.

Really lovely place which was well equipped with everything needed, particularly the kitchen which is very unusual for a holiday let.

Great location with a bonus of a parking space. We brought our 3 month old baby with us and other than there was no lift which was not a problem we felt it was completely comfortable and suitable for all of us. It was lovely and quiet and we enjoyed the walks either way from the property each day. We would definitely come back and stay in this property again.

We had everything we could possibly need and one of the best we have stayed in.

Shower screen or curtain in bathroom or even better, a proper shower , otherwise we loved the property Great location, wonderfully appointed , very comfortable accommodation which we highly recommend, the only complaint being that the only shower is in the en suite room, so not convenient when two couples share the apartment

Really beautiful apartment with lots of quality furnishings and furniture in it.

It felt like the place had only just been kitted out. All very tasteful and a cut above the usual standard of holiday home. We much preferred this beautiful spot on the creek to staying in the centre of Dartmouth and enjoyed strolling to the castle every morning for a coffee and a scone to enjoy the incredible views. Highly recommended - we will be booking here again next year!

We felt the comfort of the sofa, quite lacking.

The frying pan was not flat bottomed to suit the induction hob and did not appear to have a lid. I think the bathroom bins should have lids. I feel that sanitary products etc should not be on show. The mattress protector needs changing on the double bed! Other than the above points, the apartment is superb.
