  • "Perfect quiet spot in lovely setting with amazing views of the Quantocks and the surrounding countryside."

Was great base for two of us with a small dog with many walks from the doorstep including to the local, Blue Ball Inn. The small enclosed garden was great to let the dog out for a quick break between walks. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly.

  • "WE would suggest that the TV be exchanged for a larger screen model."

The glass in the door leading to the garden needs to be replaced. Whilst due to the poor weather we did not sit outside it would be useful to have a parasol available.

Thanks for your comment. The property has recently been renovated, and we are pleased to say that the TV has been upgraded and the French windows leading to the garden have been replaced. A parasol is available on request. Property Owner

  • "We had a lovely break at Stable Cottage, the owners were very welcoming, facilities are as pictured."

We visited with our 1 year old and it was perfect for him. He loved to explore the garden and spot the horses in the distance. Pub is less than a 10 minute walk and there are numerous places to visit close by and some great walks right on your doorstep.
