Small Barn

This is a cosy cottage with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Situated close to Bodmin Moor, there are wonderful views and walks close by. The scones, jam and cream waiting for us were a lovely surprise and made us feel welcome.

Beautiful place and the cream tea in the fridge was so welcome, after our long drive down.

The owner was lovely and helpful. The place was amazing and the garden was lovely as well, and was really good for my 2 dogs. We would definitely stay again.

This is the 3rd time that I have stayed at Small Barn.

As usual it was superb. Very clean, well appointed and decorated and of course a wonderful location. I will be booking again. Highly recommended.

Provide more information (Literature) of the area for sightseeing tourists.

Might be a good idea to have instruction's manual how to use oven & Cooker for people that haven't used that type. Brett & Wife (next door) were very helpful, Thanks

Lovely barn in a great spot.

Only thing was the kitchen cleanliness could be slightly improved. However the barn was really cosy and it's location meant we were able to visit lots of different parts of Cornwall.

This was my second stay at Small Barn, there will be other stays in future.

As with the first stay, the property was very clean and comfortable. The location is convenient for walking and the coast and local amenities are within a short distance. The location is superb and full of character. Would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely week at Small Barn.

On arrival had a lovely welcome from the owner who showed us in. A nice surprise in the fridge, a pint of milk with scones jam and cream. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, kitchen was well equipped with all you could need. On the whole a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with everything about the Small Barn.

The location is great with views towards Caradon, and it's very convenient for many popular tourist destinations. The standard of furnishing, and of the appliances, is excellent and the property is very clean. I have already booked another visit here, and I would happily recommend it to family and friends!

The small barn was perfect for our holiday.

It is well positioned to visit the North coast and South Coast. The owner was very helpful in suggesting great places to eat and places to go. We would highly recommend the Small Barn.
